Used the service for myself so can't comment on what happens after the time comes but will say, I give Eirene Cremations the highest of marks. The whole process was very simple, easy to understand and even easier to complete from the very start to finish. Contact with Eirene staff was extremely friendly, pleasant, and professional. I contacted Eirene Cremations when we placed my mother in palliative care, asking for details on their services and about the possibility of making arrangements in advance of my mother's passing. Within two days, I had all the information I needed, in writing, connected Eirene with my mother's residence and family doctor and I understood exactly what would happen, when the time came. When my mother passed, the staff at Eirene were very efficient and compassionate, working seamlessly with my mother's residence and the health care staff there, providing regular updates right up until they delivered my mother's ashes to me. I'm glad I chose Eirene and I highly recommend them, as they made the most difficult days a lot easier for my family and I.

This review is a long time overdue. As I approach the year anniversary of my husband's passing, I am reminded of the special people who helped me and my family get through this difficult time. Jennifer and Stephanie from Eirene Cremations are two of those people. They were compassionate, informative and so giving of their time as they responded to all of our questions, almost immediately. The price chart at Eirene was perfect for us as Dave's passing was unexpected. They are a one-stop shop as they did everything for us - from picking up our loved one to delivering him to us in a beautiful urn (which we purchased from them) upon cremation, and everything else in between. During the passing of my mother, 2 months ago (worst time of my life,) Eirene Cremations had taken a lot of weight off my shoulders, When there was so much to do!They took care of transporting my mother from the hospital to them, They took care of all the paper work I needed and recommended other services that I may need, as well. They even had my Mothers ashes delivered right to my home! I cannot say enough good things about Eirene and their help when my father passed. From the very first phone call immediately after his passing, Jennifer was compassionate, helpful and incredibly efficient in providing the help we needed to navigate through a very difficult time. Rebecca brought his remains home and was equally amazing in guiding us through receiving his remains and how to safely transport him home to the UK.
