Costco Wholesale

Honestly the only problem I have with this specific Costco location is the clientele. Way too many people for a place of that size and with that amount of employees. People push others around, stop in the middle of alleys, leave things where they're not supposed to be left, disaster in the parking lot, don't put their shopping carts away, etc. I even once saw a customer confronting the employee who was putting the groceries in the cart at the cash because he didn't like the way the employee was placing the items in the cart... was the gentlemen not going to remove the items and put them in his car in a couple of seconds anyway? In my experience, every employee there is doing the best they can considering the volume of people. Kudos to the staff at this Costco because I wouldn't be able to do their job.

In all my years shopping at Costco I never had any Costco employee check my personal bag to see if I was shoplifting. Since at that time, I had many things to do so I complied with the request for the employee to check. Was it because I was the only shopper there wearing a mask or was it discrimination of some sort. I just wanted to go out to get another shopping cart. Unacceptable.

I like this location. Photos below were taken on a Sunday around 10:15am, not crowded at all and plenty of space to shop around the aisles and be efficient :) plus you can park closer to the entrance. Costco can be an enjoyable experience if you avoid rush hours!

Awesome place with great selection and variety in food and housewares. One can also find bargains in clothes and even fragrances once in a while. The problem is the checkout. It's often a mess of carts and customers being rude to each other. Otherwise, it's fine.

This is my favourite location.Great parking. I have never not found a spot.Several ways to get in an out, so you're not trapped in the parking lot.The set up of products makes sense. Always stocked well.The cashiers are super. No matter the lineup they get through it fast. Very fast and efficient.

It's very busy, yes, even on a weekday, but, the flower choice is so much more than the one we usually go to in Anjou, the hanging flower baskets are cheaper and more beautiful than any other store, $24.99, we got 4 like we do each year and they last the entire summer. They have Neutrogina 60SPF spray and it's on sale this week.

Good Costco location in Laval at the intersection of Highway 440 and Highway 15 with lots of parking. Within this Costco, there is also a Pharmacy, Optician, Mobile Phone Shop, Tire Center, Food Court and Gas Station among other things. Always a wide variety of products at good prices but the place does get very busy on weekends.

“No, we don’t have it. It’s an inventory error”. That what I was told after driving all the way from Pointe-Claire for a tire. “You should’ve called us ahead first” he continued…. What for ?!?!? They never ever pick the phone in that store ! Booooooo to all of you bunch of french- speaking incompetents !
