Despite saying they are open at 8 on google they do not open until the rest of the mall, preventing mall employees from getting coffee before having to open their stores. Seems like a clear missed sales opportunity

Waited 15 minutes to order my coffee and 8 minutes to get my coffee. The manager stood around doing nothing, while the line had around 30 people waiting to place their order.

pauline is horrible, she is always working cash and has the worst attitude. she has never been friendly to me or any of my staff who visit this location. she makes rude comments/remarks and always has a smug look on her face. just her alone deters me from going here. as a fellow mall employee you would expect a bare minimum of respect but it’s never given. will be reaching out to upper management and hopefully have something done about her and her awful personality.

Sign showed a specific donut and order taker said she didn't know what I was talking about. Order taker was rude. Why advertise something that you don't have?
