Dirty and you need to walk outside in the freezing weather to the airplane. But there is free wifi and it’s very very small. Just 1 big room for all departures

Okay Hamilton, I know you hate me too but I'm really loving this airport.The Uber drop off is directly in front of the terminal. Having checked in online I went straight to security where there was zero line up. Literally 5 minutes from stepping out of the car to sitting at my departure gate with a cappuccino in hand. I swear I will always fly out of here given the choice.The terminal is small, but has enough seating for all. Some areas have tables, there is a licensed area that has charging ports in the tables and a very good selection of craft beer and cocktails. Full espresso bar, herbal tea, sandwiches that look good. I included menu in pictures on this review.There is a duty free / gift shop, a Tim Hortons if you are into that, and the washrooms even have a pee spot for pets.It may not look or feel modern and new, but it's 1000% better than my previous experience at Pierson Airport.Thanks Hamilton Airport, you did good on this one.

Lots of fun old airplanes to view if you like those, and most of them still fly! You can sit in some of them too if you want an immersive experience, and there are simulators if you want to try your hand at the stick. The gift shop is also full of some great items you will love too if you love planes. Great place to visit.

First time fly from YHM, it’s also my first time fly with swoop airline, overall very satisfied.YHM airport is small, no line up for swoop check in at 6:10 (departure time 8:00), staff is very kind and friendly.No line up for security at 6:20, no need to wait, very smooth.Lots of seats in the terminal, terminal opens 24/7. There’s a Tim Hortons with snacks, souvenir store, and a small restaurant in the passenger zone after security.Boarding speed very fast, they use the Zone as well.You need to walk to the aircraft, use the ramp. The day of my trip was snowy, the ramp wasn’t slippery at all! Thanks the staff who keep us safe.No airplane departs or arrives at the same time or closer time, departed on time.It’s cheaper and more convenient to fly from YHM that YYZ Pearson, I highly recommend fly from YHM.I wish the direct bus A line could operate earlier of the day, for earlier flight!

Small airport, paid parking very close to entrance and washrooms available right when you walk in. Lines moved very quickly. There is a Tim hortons before security and another one inside. If you want food from Tim’s buy it before going through security. The Tim’s inside only serves drinks, donuts and muffins.

This is one of the nicest airports in Ontario I believe. If you are planning to travel without hassles, stress free due fast check in, security you must travel from this airport. This is a small airport with limited flights hence it only has Tim Hortons for food, a duty free store, a coffee shop counters of very few airlines. The only issue here is parking cost which is about $25 or so. Hence make sure you take a taxi to come here.Happy travelling !

Not busy.Easy to travel out of.Expected a much bigger airport but can't complain since my experience here was very smooth.Security check and queue was way easier compared to other bigger airports.

It got better reviews than the London airport, and I really don't know why. It's a very boring airport. There's hardly anywhere to sit. The bathroom setup is ridiculous. And you have yo walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to get into the terminal. Nasty! Too bad swoop doesn't fly out of London anymore. Much more convenient and frankly, much nicer.

Great small airport and good alternative to Toronto. Quite busy in the morning with long lines at Tim's. Eat breakfast before you arrive if you can.

Great that there were no lineups for security. Just a small line up for check in. After check in there was a long line at Tim Hortons but the prices were good. However other stores were normal expensive airport prices! It was nice to be able to walk right out the gate to the plane and there was an easy ramp to the plane!
