Great service! I had a pleasure working with them, worth every penny spent. Very knowledgeable technicians, explain the issue well and walk you through the repair process after completing it. (For those who are curious, they fixed my Volvo XC70 (2002) CEM, turn-around time was surprisingly quick as well!)

Avoid!! Our company reached out regarding a control module that needed repairs. They stated they have worked on those modules and could complete the repairs so we shipped the control module to their facility on May 2021. It took them 4 months to repair the module and they finally shipped it back to us Sept. 2021. They charged more then they originally quoted without any explanation. We installed the module and three new error codes appeared. We diagnosed the issues and everything pointed back to the newly repaired module. We even consulted with the manufacture of the equipment and they confirmed the module was faulty. We reached out to Unitech and they offered to check over and repair the module so we shipped it back. We received the unit back in 15 days this time, yet the same error codes were present and nothing was repaired. We consulted with the manufacture again and they informed us the module needed to be replaced. I reached back out for a refund which the company refused to provide. They would not take any accountability for not being able to properly repair the module and just offered for us to ship it back and they would inspect it. This ordeal had already cost us $1,000 and we weren’t willing to keep wasting money shipping the module back and forth. Hopefully we can help save someone else from being scammed by this company.

we had an ecm repaired told it was fixed installed in vehicle and still the same problem . have tried multiple times to contact them showing dealer printout but no response . would just like it fixed or refund so i can send to someone else.

Do not use !! I sent MY Paccar Ecm in they said it was fixed and sent wire tranfer instructions i took them to my bank weeks went by they said they did not get the money and ask me to western union the money and they could assure me it would ship immediately

We've been working with them over 3 years, these guys are extremely trust worthy and on-time unlike other repair shops i worked with. My Detroit and International ECMs were fixed by them and after years of running, still no issue or faults encountered. The guys working there very knowledgable and actually take their time to explain the procedure in details. I've been making sure to have my colleagues to work with them, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Sent a CAT ecu in for repair, was charged $1200. picked it up and not fixed. sent it back the second time, not fixed. request refund for last month no reponses to email and nobody answers the phone in fact this time they disconnected my call. very shady operation DO NOT USE! will update once I have a resolution.

Sent very expensive ecm components to this company... and now they have disappeared... no contact and absolutely no ecm has been returned... pretty much consider it stolen... do not use this company as they are a rip off... if by some miracle from above we now get a response because they don't like a bad review... maybe they will reconsider there poor attitude towards customers.... especially the owner.... I would not go with these guys!!!Isn't that something... if your the gentleman that I actually talked to on the phone, I explained my situation with your company not responding to ours... and yes my bosses name is on the invoice for the part. For you trying to save face on this review , don't. My boss sent numerous emails and phone calls with no reply at all. Now that there is a poor review... wow a response and action toward our part... Isn't that amazing... do not try and put us at fault when it is your gross negligence that got us here in the first place... I get your busy... but it takes 1 email or call... sorry.

I have had three truck ECMs repaired at this place and none of the repairs lasted. When I called back to let the owner of the company know that a repaired ECM failed, he did not want to hear about it.

I have been dealing with this place for over a year (since November 2020). I live in BC. When I first contacted them I wanted two Dodge Cummins ECM's repaired, one was for my truck and one was for a customers. I am a Chrysler tech. I was told a 3 day turnaround, after a month they sent back someone elses ECM from a CAT machine, I contacted the owner and found that they had my two ECM's we sent them to each other rather than send back to the company and wait for them to send to us again. My customers ECM worked even tho I had to seal it because the Unitech didn't seal after the repair. But my ECM didn't work, had the same problem as it did when I sent it, I was told to send it back, so I sent it after the Christmas season 2020, in April 2021 I finally got a email back and they questioned saying I might not get warrenty and might have to pay for it again, so I sent it back and checked tracking and found that they had received it, have been playing email tag and them not answering their phone, still no reply. I have asked for my ECM back to no reply. Thinking I need to get the police and a lawyer involved as the replacement cost for this ECM from Cummins is over $5000. I don't recommend this place at all.
