First time rental and excellent experience! Chris had equipment ready for pickup at appointed time and gave overview of everything. Written instructions included. Equipment worked well and was easy to use/set-up. Appreciated being able to pick up in Burnaby instead of downtown Vancouver. Will be returning customer if equipment needed in future.

A great interaction with Rafael! We rented a 80x80 screen and projector. They upgraded us to a short throw projector at no added cost. Aside to figuring out parking, the transaction was super easy. We will be back again for future event rentals.

I rented some speakers, speaker stands, and mics for a wedding. Chris was very helpful in explaining how to use the equipment, and also showed me how to set everything up. He also included an aux cable for no additional cost.After picking up the equipment and returning home, I noticed that one of the speakers was missing a knob to secure it to the stand. I called Chris to ask about the missing knob and he said the speaker should be secure enough on the stand without it if I did not want to drive back to the shop. For safety reasons I decided it would be better to drive back to the shop to pick up the missing piece.On the day of the wedding, the sound quality of the speakers was great and more than loud enough for our indoor venue. However, one of legs on the speaker stand was not working, and had to be propped up. The bluetooth mics would sometimes disconnect/reconnect, which was very disruptive during our ceremony and speeches.Chris offered a refund on the defective stand and the mics. Overall, the speakers were worth the price. But since the mics did not work 100% of the time, it may have been better not to use those at all.

I rented a projector and screen for a conference. Rafael was great. the equipment was ready to go when I got there and in great condition. I would definitely rent from here again!

We rented 3 speakers and stands and a wireless mic for our backyard wedding and had a great experience. Very responsive leading up to the event (and I had a lot of probably dumb questions). Our friend picked up the equipment for us and said the guy who set her up provided really great directions. We also had some minor issues (one of the stands was broken but we only ended up needing two speakers anyway, and some issues with the mic that were probably just user error) and they immediately provided a refund for all of that. Even though the mic was most certainly just a user error as it worked for drop off. All in all a really professional and responsive service and would definitely hire equipment from them again. Prices were also very reasonable from what I checked out!

Super helpful. They were able to lend me an additional piece of equipment at the last minute! The equipment I used was in good condition and simple to set up.

Rafael was very helpful and the process of renting was smooth. Fairly decent prices, my event only required two speakers and four LED lights which worked for the size of our audience and venue. They are supposed to connect via bluetooth however we found that the distance between the two speakers affected the sound so we ended up connecting them with the cable provided in the rental. Parking around this location is a bit tough, but Rafael was kind enough to help me carry the speakers to and from my car. Overall, a smooth experience!

Had a very good experience with Vancouver Projector Rentals. Rented a small speaker and microphones for our wedding and it went very well. Rafael was very helpful, even talking us through a few things when we called for help. Would definitely rent from them again.
