Probably the biggest selection of pet accessories in the city.Staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Return/exchange policy is fair and no hassle.Things for dogs are usually available in all sizes, including massive dog beds. Pricing seems average.Bonus: more often than not, I end up receiving some sample products with my purchase.Highly recommended.

This pet store is more than a pet store... it's an unforgettable experience!!!! When it first opened I went in for cat grass and now I go at times to say hello to Daniel who is one of kind person!!! He greets you with the friendliest hello the second you walk in the store and he makes you feel at home!!! Then you realize that he's also super knowledgeable about cat food!! I love this place sooooo much!!!

The gentlemen who work here are some of the nicest people I have ever met. We have a ton of choices in Toronto when it comes to Pet stores. Leaside Pets sets itself apart by the cleanliness, the atmosphere inside, the location, and the staff. Customer service is 100% what keeps me coming back.

I don't often think to leave 5-star reviews but this store deserves it. The two owners are on the ball and incredibly pleasant as well. I have been an animal lover my whole life and I put a lot of research into the products I use. I've found that quality exists at various price points, so it helps to either know your stuff or have retailers who know their stuff. Leaside Pets has curated a collection of great products and carry everything I need in one place, at competitive prices. They have an easy-to-navigate online shopping portal as well. If ever there was a case for supporting independents over big box retailers/franchises/online behemoths (all of which I'm admittedly a fan of for much of my shopping) this store and their owners are it. I happily give them my business without feeling I'm making a sacrifice on any level. On the contrary, this store is a 100% win/win. And no, I have no connection to this business, other than being a resident of the neighborhood.

Picked up a few items for our dog yesterday.The store is well equipped and the prices are good.Best part about this store is Daniel who is part owner.Why you ask? Well, you'll have to go in and make him laugh.....

This place is a godsend !!Truly the best pet food store I have been to....that's over twenty years of pet food store experiences !!The store is beautifully designed,spacious and bright.The variety is amazing.They didn't carry my dog food brand ,they ordered it for me and I picked it up in a couple of days.The prices and customer service is unparalleled.Needless to say I strongly recommend this store.Welcome to Leaside.

Fact: The owner, Kevin, clearly stated in his email that he had No Order History. My initial email to him stated the items I was interested in, one I tried to order but was not contacted by the store at all when it arrived. Kevin states I was not contacted at the appropriate time"...... they simply did not call at all

I visited Leaside Pets a couple of weeks ago and was disappointed with the service. I had picked up a toy for my cat which was labelled with a price tag of 5.99 if I recall correctly. When I brought the item to the register, the gentleman that served me asked for just over $11 which included tax. I had asked for clarification in the discrepancy between the price tag and the price at the register and he said the toy price must have been labelled wrong. So I decided not to purchase the item. I was disappointed that he did not honour the price that was labelled on the toy or even offer to meet me half way. I would not go back to this pet shop, considering the plethora of other pet shops which sell toys at much cheaper prices.

WOW! I went in for the first time today and the experience was amazing. I couldn’t believe at how friendly and helpful the owner was. It’s so exciting to have a new pet store in the neighbourhood and can’t wait to make this my new go-to pet store.They also had a great variety of pet food and products. So impressed!
