SO GOOD! The best sub place I've ever been to. I was so excited when we saw this come to Belleville! These subs are worth the wait. Yes, sometimes wait times are greater than other fast casual spots, but it's worth it. The whole family loves this spot.

My wife and I shared the triple stack sub on whole wheat, it was full of meat.New! Smokin' Triple Stack. For a limited time only! Choice Cut beef brisket, smoked turkey breast, honey ham, melted cheddar, sweet & tangy slaw, barbecue sauceAs its been said if you miss it well you'll miss it.

Normally this place is spot on!! But lately this place has really gone down hill!! All because of negligence, poor management, and laziness, in my opinion! Every time I have ever ate here the tomatoes were cored and fresh and the last time I went the tomatoes were green and hard in the middle, why would you even serve it? And they overloaded it with provolone, which has never happened before either, so it was literally all you could taste. The cashier was rude too! Maybe smile and act friendly!! She was the opposite! Personally, when I spend $20 on a sandwich I expect it to be good. I probably won’t return to this location again unless these problems get fixed asap.

I remember when Quiznos’ started up and made all the other sub shops look sub par. We’ll fire house makes Quiznos sub par. Love this place.

Can't say enough about the service, very polite, great service. The buns are great. I ordered the meatball asked for mild....still way to hot and didn't like the tomato sauce very strong. Hubby ordered what was basically an assorted, he didn't like the sauce and unlike competitors you don't get to choose. Not for us but you need to try it for yourself

Excellent subs. My second time there and it wasn't as busy as the first time. But it was later in the evenimg when I went. Store is super clean and organized. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Done in a timely manner as well. Definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially those who have had their fill of subway. This place is definitely a delicious treat ♥️♥️Was in last night and as nice as this place is and as delicious as the food is, it would be nice if the staff taking the orders didn't rush you through the process. We are paying a lot for their food and want to make sure we are getting what we ordered. When staff get impatient because you ask them to repeat what was said, or take a moment to decide what you would like, it's not pleasant. This wasn't happening to just me. It was the people before me and after me. I can only guess it is an ongoing thing?

Lose a star because I’m after eating a medium sub I’m not completely full.The gent behind the cash was very good at his job.Quality is there but 28 bucks for “2 medium subs” with no drinks or sides is in “it has to be the best sub ever territory”. It wasn’t far off.

It,s good when freshly made. Not reccomended for reheating. It,s best when fresh out of the oven. Fresh ingredients is a plus. Not bad eating it cold as well. But be warned a lil pricy pricy.

Firehouse Subs is by FAR the BEST sub shop going right now. Compared to the rivals especially Subway, you get at least four times the amount of meat and toppings. And, for not that much of a higher price point!I first tried Firehouse Subs a few years back before the pandemic when the one in Peterborough opened up. Right then and there, I knew that I had found what may be a hidden gem, a not-so-secret secret spot for what may be the best sandwich going. Unfortunately, due to shut downs, I had not encountered the joyous taste of Firehouse Subs in my mouth for three years now.Work brought me to Belleville, and Skip The Dishes kept me well fed throughout the pandemic when I was craving a little something special. But, something special was missing, missing from Belleville. That something special, was, Firehouse Subs. But Alas! My prayers had been answered and a Firehouse Subs opened in Belleville! Thank the heavens above!So one hungry night at the beginning of what would be a lengthy, 12 hour night shift, I ordered a Firehouse sub! A large Italian on white, extra provolone, add chopped pickle, mushrooms, caramelized onions and hot sauce! I can honestly say, I don't recall ever having a better tasting sandwich my entire life! (And if you can not tell, I am quite the foodie!)Thank god my writing skills are far superior to that of my photography skills, because the two photos that I attach with this review do not do Firehouse Subs justice!And, to the crew working and leading the new Belleville location, hats off to you! What a fantastic job! I can not wait to attend the restaurant in person and experience first hand, what I'm sure is fantastic customer service and hospitality!Amazing job Firehouse Subs and Firehouse Subs Belleville location! I cannot recommend this establishment enough!- Tim
