Had a really lovely time here, even it’s during Covid. Beautiful environment from the first sight. It’s really cool to see their maple syrup piping and canes! Cute IG photo booth and love the outdoor fireplace. The restaurant interior is clean. The food is excellent, well packed with polite and patient service with us first timer. Highly recommended.

Came here with the fam and friends for the first time. We all had a great time! I usually don't like cabane a sucre food, but they had a full breakfast buffet with bacon, sausage, etc.It isn't the most rustic sugar shack, ambiance at other feels a bit more authentic, but whatever..Everyone had a good time, we enjoyed the horse ride, tire d'erable and they even had face painting for the kids. Good job.

First time going to this Sugarshack location.What a great experience we had,all-you-can-eat foodgreat friendly staffgood quick and efficient serviceawesome location (spacious parking lot and even staff showing you where to park)Its about 30-40$ each person, you pay upfront, they give you a ticket. Then they assign you a table, and ready you are, you head toward the buffet and the lady gives you a stamp on your wrist as you give your ticket.There was bacon (really crispy yummy) omelettes, fried egg, bread, ham, sausages, cretons, potatoes, beans and much more!on the side theres marinated pickles, beets, coleslaw and whatever side dishes you can imagine. On the counter you can even purchase the maple syrups, maple butter, maple candies and so on.I definitely recommend you the maple butter (amazing)They even offer horse drawn sleigh ride, eating maple taffy on ice, make-up session for kids which is included in your ticket. There are walking trails and outdoor fires and also tours of maple syrup facilities (you can see all blue wires all over the trees connected it is how they obtain the liquid to make maple syrups). Apparently they put music on fridays and saturdays only.You will definitely enjoy your time!

Very very awful experience..They marked the table for my reservation, but one seat was occupied by another group. The chairs are too close to put another chair for my group.The waitress was in a extremely negative attitude telling us: what do you want me to do? You have to squeeze by yourself. We are family style table What do you want me to do? I can't do anything in this situation...You tell me what to do?!I was beyond upset: this is your restaurant not mine! You find a solution for your mistake. She still continues: I can't do anything you tell me what to do! So I told her: go squeeze someone else so we can fit another chair .....I was shocked by her problem solving attitude and lost my appetite. Never come again.BTW, Coffe is good. It is buffet so you may need to wait in line. Food flavor is average, syrup on table is thin. Face painting was appreciated by kids. No other activities for kids other than horse-wagon riding.

We went with a group of friends, our usual sugar shack was booked up so we decided to try this one. We were never told on the phone it was cash only, and also that it was a buffet. We were surprised by this, luckily one of us happened to have cash.They told us the buffet was a brand new thing they just started (I’m assuming to combat the rising food costs, so it’s understandable, but still…. Covid.) but reading the older reviews it seems it has always been buffet style.The soup was amazing, I really wish we were allowed more than one bowl, like at other SS’s. The rest of the food was okay. The bacon was over cooked and hard to chew, the toast was burnt a little- but not really toasted…. The eggs were rubbery.The condiment table- the beats were excellent, and the corn also. Yummy! And the onions were terrific!We really missed that rustic sugar shack ambiance that ever other place gives off - the red and white table cloths, the giant fireplace and live music , and everyone dressed in uniform looking all cute … this place feels more like a cafeteria.

Went with a group of twelve friends.Beautiful spot has great potential. The place was packed cafeteria style which hurt the ambiance. Lacked some staff so service was fair. Food fair, somethings very good (syrup & dessert) somethings not good (bacon). Expected better for $32/person.

Went there with my family , we took the signature meal (6course) , very disappointed as the waitress forgot to bring the pickles and beets….we ask for more cotton Candy as we were tolds it’s” A volonté “ they told us it wasent available anymore .Food was not worth 56$ per person .Would not recommend!
