Jan pro came to my establishment to give an estimate and they never got back to me. I have called them at least three times and nobody had gotten back to me. Waste of time,.

We have the chance to have Brahim coming to our office twice a week. He is a very nice person and he does an excellent job.

Excellent service. Excellent price. What more can you expect ? Very thorough work in our condo building. Any special requests we make, it is answered positively and with a smile. We switched maintenance companies to Jan-Pro West Island after less than 3 months from taking possession of our building from the builder. We were not satisfied with the original company, the work being done, among other things the old vacuum cleaner they were using and the price being charged. Jan-Pro West Island uses a modern back strap-on vacuum with a high quality filter. We are getting much better quality service and at a much better price. Try Jan-Pro West Island, you will not be disappointed !!!!

After trying 3 cleaning companies before and been very disappointed of their lack of professionalism and unreliability, we decided to give a try to Jan-pro. We couldn't be happier with their service and attention to detail, every time that we go to inspect our buildings they are clean and it shows that the job was done and their prices are very reasonable as well.
