Worst development ever! Nightmare! Management useless, almost like there is none elevators is luxury Privilege at this location in 2020, average wait time 20 minutes. You would be surprised garbage everywhere! I moved in in June 2020, its March 2021, side door was broken ever since to this day. Management is a fraud! a word I would use to describe this experience like in living hell!

the only positive are the concierges. No construction has been done since i move in July. My floor still doesn't even have a number outside the door. the interior of the elevators are still boarded up for moving for some reason. everything is unfinished and the quality is extremely poor. my patio door has to be slammed to close, my front door locks had to be replaced twice. my towel holder, toilet paper holders and robe holder all have fallen off several times which I've had to replace, the toilet flush handles have loosened and need to be replaced, my second coat of paint was never done, all the discrepancies from the inspection have yet to be done. my floors have scratches and paint drips which still have yet to be fixed … all in all it has been a disaster... (will post pictures shortly)

VERY BAD PLACE TO LIVE!! I live in 2916 Hwy 7 and since the day I moved here there is always a problem. First one of the room's window's lock was broken. And after when the weather was too cold I realized that cold and wind was coming through my window and every where was full of dust when ı woke up. I couldn't go to my room because it was as cold as the outside. We had to close the door of the room and put towel so cold wouldn't come to other places. When we complain about it to management they send somebody to check it and guy said it it doesn't take the wind and listened the window for a while and decided that we are right. However after that management send a mail that says they can't do something about the window. So my window still broken and wind comes through, when the weather is cold I sleep at living room so I won't get sick or something. Also door's quality is really bad that one of the room's door is opening every time we open the main entrance of the house. There are more problem at the general building, too. Voice is coming from other houses, elevators are always broken (sometimes I had to use the stairs and I live on 35th floor), fire alarm is being activated for no reason and fire department came several times for wrong alarm (one was today).

-You are trying to fix something, or use something about the building, your phone call will never being picked up by reception,-Elevator never works, 1 for entire building,-construction going through year- fire emergency door closed or broken, can not be like that.Very unprofessional, because building wasn’t ready to be open that soon with quality staff/personal’Very bad management.

Constant problems in these buildings. The elevators brake down biweekly. The AC in most units has issues. I had a technician come over to my unit 3 times and its still not resolved. Very frequently fire alarms go off. No amenities like gym, games room etc are open so basically you are just getting a small unit for a high price. The quality of the materials used in the units are also bad. Only con is the large windows.

One star is one too many. Elevators never work, walls require repairs since may, getting a hold of management is impossible, made 8 attempts - no answer. I nominate dirtiest living space in Canada 2021 dog mess everywhere you have to watch every step horrible experiences

- Elevators never working.- U can't reply with copy and paste.- U should install cameras: people smoke on stairwells, elevators dirty, garbage everywhere.- Garbage room always on maintenance.- Side door broken since summer

Few things I hope Nord Team fixes:- management is never in their office, and when I email them about my concerns they seem to not care / not be very helpful- CAMERAS!! Please invest in cameras through out the building and elevators. Many people seem to think it’s ok to cause damages and not be responsible! Always garbage on the floor of elevator as well as writings on walls of brand new building!!!-there should be visitors parking in our underground parking garage, not just the old buildings garage.Other than those small issues, I love living in this building complex! Absolutely beautiful building! With modern interior design, and decor through out. (new towers). Security at front desk & cleaning staff are very kind! Also big thanks to William for quickly addressing all issue in my unit.

I live at 2916 hwy 7. W. Concord, On.It has a nice design and the building manager is good. Whenever I email Jennifer, she responds the same day. These are the only good things about this building. Everything else is really bad in this building.It's built with cheap materials.The appliances are very small and low quality. If you use the ove, it will take at least 30 minutes for its fan to stop working after you turn the oven off and you absolutely can't do nothing about it. It's loud and very annoying.My kitchen hood started giving me problems two weeks after I moved in. The type of fire alarms used in this condo are just too sensitive for such a small space and go off regularly for no reason.It doesn't have a big garbage bin for over sized items like every other condo buildings.It doesn't have designed parking area for our visitors.Cameras are installed in front of mirrors in parking levels blocking the view!Walls are so thin, I have to wake up when my neighbour wakes up at 7 am every morning. He never stops talking, he's very loud. I can't use earplugs because I need to hear my alarm for going to work.When people next door smoke inside their units, the smell comes in my unit.Elevators have problems very often.The amenities in this building have been closed during pandemic because they said they couldn't provide disinfecting stuff!!In general, it's very uncomfortable to live here and I can't wait to move out.
