Very bad experience at tim hortins beside McDonald's not the one attached to esso. I asked the girl to heat my coffee, she gave me an attitude and said its not hygienic but i see her making sandwiches without wearing gloves oh madame thats hygienic. I work at tim hortins too i do have lots of customers who come back to heat their coffee i don't care if she didnt do it but that's not how you treat your clients.

Tim Horton's connected to McD's on Taschereau NOT the Esso one: Did drive thru last wk & saw 2 employees sat outside back smoking a joint. The min I rolled down my window I could smell it. I looked over & he was trying to hide it down by his feet. They knew they were seen & from their faces knew it wasn't right. Were they going to go back in & make cookies now with their disgusting hands ??? YUCK. I am NEVER going back there again.PS. I was obligated to give a star in order to post my review. If I had a CHOICE I would give MINUS STARS.

Waited for five minutes before I was even answered at the drive thru. They lost ten customers as cars just kept leaving when it was their turn to order. Will not be returning.

Didn’t felt very welcome, maybe I got the staff at the wrong time.. but I felt I was invading her space for no reason. And guess what? I ordered a soup and there was no spoon ~Well that was the experience I have during that transaction. Let’s hope she will be ok next time.

Horrible service numerous times over and over. I waited 10 mins so they can tell me they have no steak left after taking my order. The drive threw girl was spending more time making comments on cars pulling up on her TV Screen than working.Completly incompetent staff, always mistakes EVERY SINGLE TIME.I am also revewing the New Stand alone Tim Hortons, not the one in the ESSO , they have great service BTW, just not the same menu.Will not return.

Very frustrating experience at this location:I went in all happy and asked for and extra large coffee black.the girl then said desole je parle pas anglais"(???? Cafe and coffee arent to different but ok)I say Okay jaimerais un cafe extra large noir...she says huh tu veux un cafe large noir??At this point im fustrated...i pay for my coffee and walk out.. My problem with this is simpleA. cafe and coffee sound the sameB.your working at tim hortons.. if you don't know what the word coffee is in english theres a problemC.I realize all the issues going on between french and english.. But i am fully bilingual.. i always talk english to the other cashiers there...and i've never had this experience in a tim hortons before.. this girl was just being ignorant.Horrible customer service.. if i go back and she pulls that again i will be speaking to her manager."

Not sure if this is the right location, I am reviewing the stand alone Tims next to the McDonalds, NOT the one attached to the ESSO. The place looks nice and new, and the compliments end there. They are usually understaffed, the wait time is considerable. The employees that are present usually seem rushed and in a bad mood in general (which i understand sometimes, but not EVERY visit). I usually work late evening and by the time I pass by (sometimes as late at 11pm) they are usually out of most sandwich makeable ingredients. Cheese, tomatoes,the other night they had no bread whatsoever. I understand that is is more difficult to cater an entire menu at these hours, but if it's a problem that consistently happens every night then maybe change the menu? I think its reasonable to assume that if you are open you should be able to serve whats on your menu. Also, very small and poor choice of pastries. For a brand new big place you'd think there would be more choices. I'm a big Tim Hortons client, there are about 7 different ones in the area that I frequent and this location is by far the worst.

Drive thru is almost always closed and you might as well ignore the hours posted online because they close 4-5 hours before their posted closing time.
