I booked this company in December and for the 3 days leading up to my cleaning I was double checking making sure she was coming. With absolutely no response, day of comes she completely ghosted us! and then when I finally got a hold of her she claims she was in the hospital even though she was active on social media and taking bookings. Fast forward a few months I needed another cleaner I reached out to her she claimed she was too busy and didn't have any availability. Somebody then posted on Facebook asking for a cleaner that da s I find this to be completely unprofessional and I will tell everybody I can. And I have the screenshots to prove everything

As a new mom cleaning has been my last priority and with multiple animals and a new baby my house was suffering. Hope came into my house and made my house sparkle again. She was so friendly and easy to get along with. I know I’ll be having her come back again and again.
