I had an amazing experience! I had my triple lobes pierced by Sam, and she was amazing! With their $10 off for students, I also got a great deal! I would recommend anyone come here for their piercings.

Had a very good experience at heavy soul tattoo with sam when she did my tongue piercing, she was very reassuring. Well, it was happening, and she answered every question I had. As well as provided all of the information about aftercare and was just all out. An amazing piercer will recommend to everyone I know.!

Got both lobes done here. I had some issues with swelling due to the size of my lobes and was switched to flat backs free of charge when I brought the issue up. Amazing service, comfortable and clean environment, always playing some great tunes.

Such a great experience with Sam! She was so professional and took the time to explain her process as well as the aftercare. I felt very comfortable during the whole ordeal. I’ve been to a few piercers before but she’s definitely one of my favourite! I’ll be going back for more and I can’t recommend her enough!

Sam pierced my 6yo daughter's ears. Everything was great- professional, CLEAN, and friendly. My daughter liked Sam so much that when we were finally able to change her earrings, she insisted we went back so that Sam could do it! Thanks Sam!

I was in today to get my conch and rook pierced. Trying a new shop is always a little nerve-racking but I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. They were very accommodating and helpful, taking the time to make sure that you’re happy and comfortable every step of the way. Will definitely be returning in the future!

I recommend coming to Heavy Soul Tattoos! After having a bad experience at a previous shop, my friends and I were looking for a new place to get pierced. I am so glad we decided to try this place, the service was terrific!! Not only was the place clean, everything was thoroughly sanitized and opened in front of us to ensure new and clean products. Sam was very patient with us as we were figuring out the placing we wanted, and throughout the entire piercing process. She thoroughly explained the importance of cleaning the piercing and gave us clear instructions on how to properly clean it. I couldn't recommend a place more. I will definitely be returning for more piercings in the future!!
