Not good customer service, took over a week for them to ship. They told me 3-4 day shipping which took 6 days. Giving 3 stars because the price was better here then anywhere else

I ordered a winter jacket online, as it was an expensive item to ship a request was sent to my email that went directly to my junk mail. I was requested to send a photo of photo ID to confirm my ID. I was to respond within 48h which i did not. Order was canceled without my knowledge. SO if you don't want your expensive order canceled, check your junk...Not very impressed.

Nobody cared to help with buying sunglasses despite asking. Overall seemed to be a decent outdoors store but atrocious actually total lack of service and courtesy

I ordered a men's Arcteryx jacket twice. In the first order, they shipped it 10 days later when I called to them and asked the status of delivery. In the second order, they ask for sending a picture of ID due to security reason. So I sent it and asked for shipping immediately but they asked again to transfer money by e-transfer although I already paid for it with my credit card.I can't understand their process. If they asked for sending money by e-transfer, they should refund money first. They just work for themselves, not for customers. They have and manage terrible process.

Terrible customer service and false advertising. I bought a product online and they shipped me something completely different. The when i went to return the $30 product they take a $12 return fee and it cost me 10 dollars to ship back basically paid $22 to get $8 back. Never dealing with this company again.
