This place is great! Excellent service and prices. The Pharmacy staff are very kind and caring. I would not go anywhere else. The staff at the front of the store are quick and always happy to serve you. I very seldom wait in line and when I do it is not for very long. Highly recommend this store.

The customer service is horrible and I was charged twice for the item I bought it was a 100 dollar item and was charged 200 and when I came back to get my money back (I was only gone for about 5 mins) they had to take me though multiple checks and when they had finally gave me my money back it had taken them 30 minutes

I have COVID so I had to get all my stuff delivered (Tylenol, Advil, Gatorade, etc) and they just delivered Tylenol. I would have ordered from somewhere different had they told me they didn’t have most of my items and not only that, but the driver got a much bigger tip for what was a pricier order but only delivered one item. To add to this, they didn’t automatically refund me when they didn’t deliver the items. I had to go out of my way to get a refund when I honestly wouldn’t have ordered from here if they didn’t have all the items. A real waste of my time and money.

Iam writing to bring to your attention an issue that I experienced with one of your costumer service . During a recent interaction with store manager , I found that they exhibited significant anger issues that made me uncomfortable and caused me to question their ability to provide quality service.

A WEEK ago the script was sent here….we had to argue with the staff. Once, twice she told us she doesn’t have it until WE STRONGLY insisted on them checking better and BOOM it’s there. If someone else was less sure in themselves than us, getting meds would take extra day at least. Thanks but no thanks. I’d rather go to shoppers and pay the few bucks than deal with this nonsense again.How dare you argue that you don’t have the script when it’s in your files!?!?? Mind blown.

If I could give 0 stars and leave a review I would. My older parents have quite a few prescriptions here that need to be taken on a daily basis. Many times the communication is majorly flawed. My parents will go to pick up prescriptions and then get home only to realize staff didn't give them all of it. Now it's been almost 2 weeks JUST to get a blister pack done up for one of them. Then to find out that it's finally been worked out but oh the only pharmacist that does those is off until the next day! They've been out of all those meds for 8 days. No substitute options for in the meantime. Getting through on the phone is horrendous. We will be switching pharmacies after 30 years of being here because this one has some major flaws and patients are suffering... literally in pain due to pharmacy screw ups.

Spoke to this pharmacy last week to have my file transferred from a different brand pharmacy. The woman was very friendly and reassuring that everything would be done properly. I received a text from the a few hours later confirming the transfer and asking permission for text alerts for refills, so I assumed it was all done correctly. This morning I called with a question about a restricted med that I take and she starts questioning me in who gave me these drugs bcz they only have 1 script for me and thats not it. I explain that i that I take 3 different meds and they should have that in the file transfer. She says no they only sent us X. I tried to talk to her about how to resolve this issue and she informed me it wasn't their problem... tried to speak to the store manager and he told me that she was the pharmacy manager so there was nothing he could do. I now have a 3rd pharmacy trying to transfer my scripts from 2 different places...

I was shopping with my friend the other night and we were kindly greeted and later checked in on by Yvonne. She was also so kind and sweet when we went through the register. She provided extremely friendly and helpful customer service and is phenomenal at her job!

The pharmacy is awful, disorganized and late with all my prescriptions. I submitted an request for my medications to be filled and it took 4 days, 20 phone calls and showing up to the store for them to actually fill it, which meant I went without my medications for days. Never going back.

Stopped to pick up a card and some lottery tickets at 5:10pm and was told I couldn't get scratch tickets because they were taken away for the night?? Is this a policy?
