Owner & Management are disastrously incompetent. Imagine closing a good establishment at 7pm all weekend due to laziness.Food was 'meh' at best - Customers deserve better, so you would be better spending your money elsewhere.

Grew up in Kingston where pita pit started. It was so amazing back then and a great deal for a young teenager with little money left after leaving the bar. Today I noticed their sign and thought I would try it again after so many years. They failed beyond belief. Two customers and it took 15 minutes for my food. Staff were stumbling around like baby horses and lacked any organization at all. The portion of meat was so sparse I barely noticed any while eating. I did find some stuck between my teeth eventually. Not sure if it’s the location or the way corporate runs things now. I’ll never go back again in my life.

Worst customer service ever… every time I’ve asked for gluten free they go out of their way to question me because they don’t want to do more work… I’ve asked for rice in my pita several times and was told the owner doesn’t allow that as this “isn’t a burrito place.” I’m sorry but who gave you the right to dictate how I eat my pita.I go to the pita in Whitby on Baldwin and they are the best…. Never question my rice or my gluten allergy.

Saturday,May,20th,2023.5pm I just left there after paying close to $14 for a grilled chicken pita that weighed just over 4oz.Heads up to the owner the open sign was not on.I have seen this before when the employees don't want to work,not saying it's true but needs a little investigation by the owner/owners.Will not go again!

What a joke. Out of rice bowls which was not posted as “out of stock” on the online ordering system and won’t refund our order. Staff is very stingy and cheap with toppings on food we didn’t want but had to get or we would lose $53 order. Terrible service. Don’t order at this location unless you want a rip off

Very disappointed with the service and food I received from this location , wrap tasted stale and old and the lettuce was soft and soggy and brown (also tasted off) not to mention the quantity of toppings you get for the price you are paying is totally not worth it. Will not be returning. Upsetting as I love Pita Pit and this location is so close to home.

Ordered online (pick up) from this location last night for the first time in about 10 years. I was a little hesitant going by the reviews but it was close by so decided to give it a chance. I'm so glad I did! The food was delicious and the service was great! I will definitely be going back in the future.

The prices are expensive for what you get. I think if you are paying close to $10.00 for a baby" pita then a fountain drink should be free. If your pita is lacking in size
