Jeff is an electrician whiz! We needed to relocate some switches in our front entrance and the electrician from our design team said we'd have to do some dry wall work to do the work around. Jeff figured out a way to solve our problem with a much less invasive / much quicker / less expensive solution. He also came up with an ingenious solution to install a patio heater that we thought we'd have to return. Jeff is truly a great problem solver and he's very polite and friendly!! Highly rec.

I was referred to Jeff and Garth by our commercial building's property manager to do some lighting/switch/socket/panel repairs and upgrades at one of my company's locations. We've used them twice now; both times they came on time, prepared (with all the tools, ladders, spare parts, etc.), and on/under budget. I felt that they truly want to build long--lasting relationships with their customers, rather than being transaction-based. I could tell from my conversations with them that they're truly passionate with what they do, especially with lighting and smart home/EV technologies, and they've taught me some things, too (eg. don't use a dimmer switch even at 100% for non-dimmable bulbs; one day our lights started to flicker, but once I replaced the dimmer switch with a regular switch, the flickering went away!) Most recently, they came to my residence to install a smart thermostat, since I couldn't figure out the wiring, but they got it done in under 15 minutes.I've worked with other electricians in the past, and many of them were sloppy, didn't clean up afterward, arrived late/left early, or just had bad manners. Jeff and Garth are very professional, which is very refreshing to see, and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who's looking for an electrician.

I had head scratching voltage problems that most contractors would take advantage of. I had used Garth previously and was very happy with him, so I called him back for this. He and his apprentice came in and just went at the problem head on.Garth is shows the integrity that tends to be rare in the city nowadays. Couldn’t recommend them more. 10/10

I can highly recommend this company. While they are somewhat new, I have used one of the owner's services since 2015 for various repairs. Jeff is very efficient, friendly, and does a great job of diagnosing and repairing. He also takes a couple minutes at the end of the job to clean up any dust left behind which is much appreciated. The rates are very reasonable and in my opinion more than fair.

Jeff and Garth and team provide excellent service, on time and at fair prices. They go out of their way to help you. What's more they will recommend the best, most common sense and most economical solution to a problem. Good contractors make me look good to my owners and my tenants. I recommend Terminal City Electric to all of my colleagues and friends. I have been a Property Manager for 34 years so I know what I speak of.
