I cannot say enough about the assistance of Mr. Frank Wilson who went above my expectations .Most time was helping me long distance by email and phone calls .Then in person right up to the minute before burial.I grew up in Lennoxville and always appreciated the kindness of a small town.Many thanks for your kindness Frank , and to Penny in the front office.Very kind and professional @ a difficult time.Thank-you from all the Lane Family .

Living a 6 hour drive from Lennoxville, in January, is stressful when dealing with the passage of a parent. Penny and Louis at Cass went well over and above excellent service. They put the wrong birth date for my father and several emails to them it was never corrected..so I am not sure why this happened. Not the best in my opinion.
