New Row Dental Practice

As a patient who would normally suffer before seing a dentist, this is the place to go. The dental nurses are amazing & will speak to you about any procedure required or talk you through it as its happening! Never missed an appt in 5 yrs now!

Never got the man's name who extracted my upper molar but the procedure couldn't have went smoother from start to finish. Very good at his job And his assistant was lovely and helpful too. Was worried about pain before I went but experienced no pain at all. Seems to be healing good aswell. The tooth didn't break or leave anything in The gum either.

Been going to New Row Dental Practice for a number of years now and have nothing but good things to say about it. My whole family attend here and have done since around 2008.Ample parking or easy access via public transport.All staff (and I do mean all) are welcoming, friendly and professional. I have a young son who is always keen to go and see his dentist Joseph"

I recently moved to the New Row dental practice. I’m so glad I did. I appreciate the text reminders about my appointments and telling me when I’m next due to book.There is alway a warm welcome when you arrive.My dentist is Hamish. He puts me at ease and fully explains my treatments. The dental nurses are fab and always happy to chat.I have never liked going to the dentist but everyone in the practice helps to ease my anxiety.Thank you New Row dental practice.

I have one very very happy 7 year old after visiting today with a chipped adult tooth. The wonderful dentist fixed it with a filling! Looks like the chip was never there. Talk about impressed! Been with this dentist for years and I've never had any bother, never had to wait for an appointment but today both of us left absolutely delighted with the service :)

Excellent practice, nice environment. The staff is very professional and friendly.Their opening times are very convenient. They help me to organise and to keep tracking the appointments for me and my family, I like their remainding system (by text), is never a problem if I need to re-schedule my appointments.Their routine for hygienist & dental checks has been a success in my case.

Great Dental Practice! All staff are friendly and helpful.I am not keen on attending the dentist but felt at ease during my treatment. My dentist spent time explaining the treatment to me and told me what to expect.Great customer service!

Myself, husband and children have been attending New Row Dental Practice since 2009. Having attended other dental practices in the past I can say that this practice is modern, clean and has a warm and friendly atmosphere.Normally I attend for check up with my two children, the nurses are great at entertaining the children while I am on the dental chair. When its the kiddies turn both the dentist and nurse make such an effort and make the check ups fun for them.The dental treatment I have received has also been great!I would highly recommend this practice!!

This was our first appointment. The appointments were running late. I spent 20 minutes entertaining my toddler a busy waiting room to be told once we were in the examination room, there are toys are hidden in the waiting room seats.The toddlers's appointment went really well. Mine, not so much. I hate the dentist generally, and asked the her to essentially look but don't touch until we've discussed treatment. All other dentists seem to cope with this, but not this one. I just got attitude back; tutting and huffing. This makes a nervous person more nervous. I won't be going back, but they were good with the Toddler.Good surgery, with one dentist with attitude.
