I ordered a 36V ride on go kart for my son in early December as a Christmas gift. It arrived quickly in less than a week and was easy to assemble. All went well on Christmas morning until it came to recharging it and it wouldn’t take a charge. I reached out to KingsToys early on the 26th and amazingly within an hour I heard back. They were terrific in helping to troubleshoot and that day had a new charger in the mail to me. Got it charged today and all is well. Great service!! Will likely pick up another for my daughter on her birthday!

I had an amazing experience using this company. I'm weary any time I spend money online, and the price almost seemed to good to be true. But I would and will be buying from kings toys again. The chat feature is great, and they reply very quickly. They accommodated my needs and even made up a pickup time for me. Between that, and being able to actually pick up the electric truck in person, left me very happy.

Purchased a Lexus 12V Ride On, extremely happy with the product and service. Had an issue with one of the wheels spinning the wrong way, contacted King Toys and they instructed me how to fix the issue and within minutes I was able to get the car operating properly.

Purchase: I bought Aqua marina kayak from king toys. The price I found here was cheapest compared to any other websites, even official website of the product. Sam, the owner, was super well behaved and polite to me.Product: I opened the kayak and inflated it. Everything seems flawless. Nice design, properly packed, very good quality.Critics: I wish it came with paddles too, even if little bit more expensive.Function in water: unbelievably stable because of two big side air chambers. It also keeps the track decently. When you paddle, the kayak’s nose doesn’t move left and right, showing that design and especially the fins are working well. I paddled for almost two hours, not made me tired at all.Over all: Definitely recommend this kayak. Very satisfied with purchase.

Worst service ever. Product arrived in opened and repackaged box. Missing manuals, missing screws, stripped bike seat (couldn't stay in place the teeth were grinded down) gear system was partially disconnected, pedal mechanism was stripped. Frame arrived with dent.Second use of the bicycle and it is unusable. Contacted kingtoy. They won't return it. Because it was bought in March and we didn't use it til end of may.It's Canada, we didn't have bike weather until may. Do not waste your money. They will leave you high and dry if the product isn't right

We got this car for our two little ones (2y/o and 4y/o), the car is well built, good space for both children to ride and has very good power to give them the joyride they are looking for. The trunk is big enough to fit their small backpacks and some of their toys, water bottles, umbrella etc. Service and delivery were great because they drop it off based on your own schedule which was nice. Dont forget to purchase the assembly package if you don't want to do it yourself
