The company and especially Nick Fader were such a great help when you move in. He assisted me after hours when I was moving to my new property on Hays in Oakville. He is the best property manager that I had. I would totally recommend this company.

Lacks functionality and is not very user friendly. Limits of 1 time use per person should be optional for users. People tend to ignore booking system and simply use facilities regardless

We currently use Condo Control Central for our Condominium and the system works great. Our Residents are able to navigate the site and use the applications which have been launched for our building quickly and easily. I would definitely recommend this company for your building needs.

Using CCC, it made work so much easier. Management, Concierge, the Board and all of our residents are using its features and it does improve our communication
