I have read good review and went to her for eye brows threading. I was a bit scared because I don't take chances with my eyebrows. But I am very satisfied with the results. Clean salon and good staff. I will try other services also. Definitely recommend for eyebrows.

I would highly recommend this business to everyone. There’s a reason she wins awards. I have never in my life had someone consistently perfect my eyebrows the way Annie does. I never have to hesitate or worry about her work. I have been a customer of Annie’s for over a decade and I’ve never once been disappointed. Thank you for making me prettier Annie :) and I would like to add sometimes Annie’s place can be busy.. but I would rather sit and wait for perfection than go anywhere else. That’s what the free wifi is for. Annie also tells her costumers on social media daily when the busy times are and when it’s less busy which is very helpful. Annie is the queen and no one does it better. So grateful for this life changing business !!!! So reliable and always have perfect results !!!!

Very very disappointed by this salon. I have been a long time customer, and I loved Anni and the way she did eyebrows. However, as soon as you need something the customer service is upsetting. I had my ears pierced here, for $70 because I trusted the salon. However the quality of the earrings wasn’t great (stones falling out, bent, etc.) and I got a severe infection. I had to remove them and do a round of antibiotics. The earrings closed over, and I reached out to speak to Anni about the experience calmly as it was very expensive for me to end up with no piercing. She was nice at first, and refused a refund however offered a gift certificate. I went in and had my eyebrows done and asked for the certificate, and the way I was treated was very upsetting. She claimed to not remember the offer until I paid, after paying, remembered and told me it was my own fault, laughed and then gave me a gift certificate that expired in less than a month. I was very uncomfortable after this experience, and do not feel comfortable going back here. I tried to give the certificate that was originally my money to someone else to enjoy, and Anni told them they could not use it. I tried messaging her privately to speak about how upset and uncomfortable I was, and I was left on read. Very upset as I did not think Anni was this kind of person. Please save your time and go to a salon that values you, your health, and customer service.

I have been going to Anni for years for doing my eyebrows and I hate to write this review but this business has gone majorly downhill. Anni and the spa staff as a whole clearly have favourites and people who go there on the regular and they treat those people as such. While that doesn’t bother me because I live out of town now and can only come every couple of months, what bothers me is that this preferential system overrides the first come first serve treatment. There are no appointments for eyebrows and it’s walk in only. Depending on who walks in, they will be taken first and out of order if they are regulars or people in a rush, leaving everyone else waiting despite having been there first. I am disgusted with this preferential treatment and quite frankly will never return again. I don’t even ever post reviews, but this threw me over the edge.I was there today and there were about 5 other girls ahead of me waiting. I was told to have a seat and someone will be with me shortly. No one asked me if I was there for Anni specifically or if I was ok with anyone. Another lady walks in and clearly in a rush and didn’t want to wait, and about 5 minutes later, she cuts the whole line and gets taken care of. I asked why she cut everyone and the reception girl simply apologizes and turns a blind eye saying not to worry because there is only one or two girls ahead of me. I genuinely got upset and walked out after that. My time is just as precious as everyone’s and that was pure disrespect. While I think that Anni is the best in the business for eyebrows, I am truly disappointed by the way she runs her business and it’s not the first time I have been told that she does that by other people who stopped going to her for the same reason. If you want to have preferential systems Anni, truly I recommend putting appointments in place.

I’m just not sure what my face would look like without Anni & the ladies!! I’ve been coming here for 8yrs, I truly feel like family when I come in! Such a positive & caring atmosphere. I highly recommend, even if you come in & there’s a little wait! I tell you it’s worth it, it just goes to show how fabulous the ladies are!!

My go to spot for eyebrows! Anni is the absolute best. Amazing at what she does and great always provides great customer service. Would 100% recommend to anyone

the best place in town for eyebrow threading! i've tried so many spots and they always either cut my skin or use the same tools without disinfecting between clients. But this place is amazing! All the women are very meticulous and gentle while doing brows, i've also seen them sanitize their hands before working on my face.really appreciate this place <3

I have been to Anni’s many times and I’m always greeted so warmly! The services are excellent and the staff all do amazing work! I have had amazing results every time I go in. I will never go to another salon, this place is THE BEST!

Love coming for my eyebrow threading by Anni. All the girls are great there though. Sometimes there is a line but it is worth the wait. If you're in a rush, don't go on a busy day especially before a Holiday! They don't take appointments because it is impossible to do so in the eyebrow threading service industry. You can always call to ask about wait times. Anni and the girls take care of you the best they can, imagine being in their shoes on a busy day, they are under a lot of pressure. Thanks for always giving consistent results even when you're busy! Xo
