Dollar Tree

It's ok for a dollar store. They have a variety of stuff and the store is a good size. Can't really compare to dollarama though. Great place for party balloons and stuff, if that's what you need!

Check your receipt I have been fraudulently charged for extra items and the receipt comes out very blurry.

Horrable customer service, unperfesional staff. Store looks like it has never been cleaned. Little to no concern to covid 19 protocol. Store has no customer capacity restrictions at all. Management needs to step up its game. Way too many people in the store at one time. Wish I could give a less than one star rating . Dirt nasty place to shop never again first an last time there.

It's a dollar store but I think it's better than Dollarama. However, at this particular location on a Saturday afternoon, Dec 29th, the customer service could have been better as the lineup was quite long at the time and the other girl at the balloon counter could have helped as there was no one there to get balloons at the time (maybe it was a pre-order?) Regardless, she could have helped her coworker and sped things up. Otherwise, it's generally good.

When u show up at a store that is open till 9pm at 853 and doors are locked, 3-4 other also tried to get in, if heading there, realize their listed hours are a suggestion

Kind of a sketchy spot but a dollar store that still actually has things for about a buck! Everything is $1.25. Stop by here before going to Dollarama for your next purchase, you might save yourself some money.

I went to the dollar tree in forest glen plaza as i am a repeat customer to ask if i had my own balloons i bought off amazon if i can bring them there to get blown up obviously paying for the helium, i was told no they can't and that i would have to purchase balloons from them to get them blown up but they didnt have the colors i wanted in stock nor did they know if or when they would get them in. I was not impressed. I dont understand if i supply my own balloons WHY i can't purchase the helium from them which i have no issue doing for my daighters birthday party.

Everytime I come we have a pleasant time shopping and being served, plus can't beat the prices!!! Super clean as well and staff is kind and take their time to help you if needed.

We had a most amazing experience at the Dollar Tree location on Strasburg Rd in Kitchener. We actually had gone to about 7 other dollar tree stores as we were looking for wooden block letters. We were not able to find all the letters in one location and were missing 2. When we arrived at the Strasburg location, we met a very kind and helpful employee Alwina. She took time to listen to our concern and went to the back to check for the missing letters we needed. When she could not find them, she took time to call 2 other locations to see if they carried them. She was able to find them at another location and asked them to keep them on hold for us. Alwina went above and beyond to help us and honestly it is refreshing to see someone being so unconditionally helpful. I highly recommend going to this location and I do sincerely hope Alwina gets some recognition and accolades for her amazing customer service!!
