The wait was kind of long, even for a blood lab... but I'm not too fussy about that. The nurse who took my blood, However, did a terrible job. She stabbed my arm 4 different times... and even when ahe finally got it right, the needle felt very odd, painful and uncomfortable... and I've had blood taken multiple times, so I know how it should feel... it didn't feel right?

Very unfriendly staff and far from qualified. Did not even look at me after standing in front of the lady for a whole 2 minutes until I had to address her. I got a blood test that left my whole arm swollen purple and yellow until this day it has been 7 days with pain and my bicep dysfunctional not being able to flex. I went back for answers to see if I can get some advice at least on what to do, they were AGAIN rude, very defensive and told me they don’t deal with that kind of stuff. I will never return, I don’t recommend it for anybody, they clearly are not fit for the job and need more training. If I can give negative stars I would.

It’s true I read comments bout how unfriendly and rude they are well these people are there to make money that’s their job they not there to care or make friends with people their actions show that they doing this for money not for care for people they don’t care specifically now that the paki Indians are there and all over it became worse because paki people are very cruel and only money makers don’t feel bad people every lab is like that every where Windsor is falling off slowly ever since the Indians took over

Short wait time. I did the online check-in in advance, which was easy and convenient. The staff was polite, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend.

I arrived at 4:50 after rushing directly from work and I was turned away even though the lab is opened until 5:00 pm. I was told by the lab tech that there were too many people waiting and that she was already not going home on time. NOT MY PROBLEM. She refused to take me and I was worried that if I forced it she might take it out on me when she drew my blood. Very bad management of lab hours and she had very bad people skills. I won't go there again.

They need to go back to pre-covid hours. Everyone is back to work now. 8-4 works for nobody.

My daughter who is 6 got blood work done here and the nurse was amazing. Her name was Barbara. So kind and gentle and knows how to work with children. Highly recommend this place.
