The order taker missed part of our order. Whatever you do NEVER order a milkshake. They don’t use ice cream. They cheaper out using frozen water ice cubes. Was absolutely horrible.

The sign on the door says lobby open till 10. They close the lobby at 9. So they can clean the lobby. Because they do not have enough staff members on hand 2 Clean the lobby. because the owner. Is 2 cheap to pay the employees? It says they are open 24 hours, 7 days a week. They should close in the evening so they can keep the lobby open until 10. And clean the lobby after 10 o'clock.And they would have enough money to pay the employees.

Do not eat at this location. Both my husband and I were sick following our meal there. Our first sign should have been that the food was placed on our table before we even sat down following placing the order. It was warm, not hot. It is evident the food was precooked and sitting. We will not be returning.

They mix up the beyond meat patties with regular ones. I have had this happen over 5 times and the man I spoke to on the phone said they are similar so I’m probably wrong. The difference is very clear when you haven’t eaten meat for a long time and bite into a cow patty. He didn’t even refund it after either and was rude over the phone.I understand that people make mistakes sometimes but it is this A&W specifically where it is a constant issue for me.Beyond disappointed

food was cold .. almost gross .. I would rather sit and wait for fresh hot food than get the cold gross onion rings and teen burgers that have been prepared and waiting to be served …

Honestly, I don't really endulge in that much fast food, and I have only tried so many fast-food places, but out of all of them A&W is THE BOMB. Strogly recommend habanero chicken and double mozza and sweet potato fries if you're extra hungry.

Was not a fan of the food, there was something not quite right... burger seemed to be greasy like it was dipped in the greasy before making and the only thing that was editable was the Frozen Ice Brew with sweet cream but even that was cheap. Cup was half full when recieved not worth the money drink was tasty but not for the $$ step it up A&W

Not very welcoming. We didn't have either of our sides (too gross) and the burgers had no flavor besides the ketchup! Also we were sick for the next 24 hours afterwards!! Never going to any a & w again. Turned us off completely, especially since we hadn't had it in a while.

Ended up getting a stomach virus/food poisoning from this location when ordering at night.The burger was undercooked and freezer burnt. Like the meat itself was pink but also severely overcooked/Milly on certain sections. Looked moldy/like maggots. Ate a bite or two before I noticed. Ended up throwing up and.chucking the rest.I buy from here everyday, I spend well over $1000 a month at this location, granted I've always havd issues here and there but never like this. Will not buy from here again.The worst part? They only gave me a refund for half the burger cost. What a joke. Here I am still throwing up a week later and that's all I got.
