Although this is still fresh for our family i wanted to let people know that i appreciate everything this clinic did for our baby and our family. This was a sudden thing and our normal vet is far so they took us in and the girls that work there and the vet were amazing. They explained everything and processed the testing they needed to do on our girl with kindness and care. When it came time to saying our goodbyes they did not rush us as we had to wait for a few of our family members to come to say their goodbyes. I thank them for the care and compassion they showed our family and the knowledge that was provided. I would recommend this clinic to anyone i know for peace of mind for their pets. Thank you

On a trip with our dogs, one began showing unusual signs of anexity. We pulled off the 401 and called White Oaks as the closes facility. From the receptionist, to the tech, to the vet, everyone treated our dog with care and concern despite never having been to the location before.We left with meds for our pet and confidence we could continue our journey. The bill was also very reasonable.We couldn't have been more relieved and thankful for the care in a suprise and stressful situation.

I’ve been going to this vet for about 9 years now, since I got my last dog. She unfortunately passed away but I’ve taken her there to get cremated and I’m waiting on the return of her ashes.The staff is great there, they’ll do what they can to accommodate you and making payments has never been an issue for me. The prices are a bit more expensive than some other places but they have their own lab and can get most tests done right away other than testing that needs to be sent to a specialist. I will continue to go to this vet once I decide to get another animal as I’ve yet to have any problems there.

Always a good experience. I've brought my dog here since he was a puppy. Clyde loves coming here! The vet techs and front desk staff are really kind and friendly. Vets are good too. Not pushy and really helpful.

We have been going to these guys for years. They are friendly, love animals and have great options for things like puppy plans for all the first year shot on 1 bill. Phone reminders and consistent service.

I just moved to the area, and I was stressing about finding a new vet. This animal hospital has amazing vets and amazing staff. I definitely felt comfortable about the tests, diagnosis, and treatment plan. I also really appreciated the follow-up call the next day. I will definitely be making this my new home vet!

Our first visit felt welcoming and most importantly professional ! I could not have asked for more when caring for our family member. The vets and staff on hand were efficient and in a timely manner. I think my best friend likes the vets and office staff as much as I did. Well done White Oaks Animal Hospital. If you care as much as I do in regards to your pet, then look no further and come to this place for a health visit.

They were amazing with my poor Forrest.Forrest, somehow got an infection around his nose, eye and cheek. I have attached a picture so you can see how bad it was.I was able to get Forrest into see them right away but as I was getting everything ready I couldn't locate his carrier. At this point I was late and had called them they said I could still come in just come as soon as I could. With my son's help we ended up taking him in an open box. We managed to get there not long before they were due to close. After looking after him and giving him a shot for pain and some antibiotics. I was informed where the emergency hospitals were if the antibiotics didn't seem to be making a difference. Thankfully they did. We went back for follow up 8 days later and they were surprised at how much better he looked. He still had some swelling around his eye so drops were gotten to give to him. The nurse from Australia then showed me how to put the drops in his eye.I was so thankful that they still looked at Forrest because of how late I was and that they were so close to closing.They were so nice and supportive to both Forrest and myself as they could tell how worried I was.Thank you very much everyone at White Oaks Animal Hospital from now on you are my vets.

I am a new customer here and from the first phone call they made me feel so confident and comfortable with there skills. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They even called us after Gus's shots to ensure he was ok and had no reactions. I absolutely love the staff and the attention to pets and owners. Came in for a second opinion as well as a search for a new veterinarian. Might I say that the receptionists, technicians, assistants and the veterinarian (Aneeta Hussain) was absolutely lovely to me and my cat Wally. I will be adding my other cat to their location as well as putting out a good word towards this animal hospital. The technician was kind and compassionate about my cat coming in. Aneeta was so kind and thoroughly explained her steps and suggestions on treatment for my sweet boy. I’ve been going to my previous vet for 15 years but will now be transferring ALL my pets to this clinic for the future. Prices are quite affordable and the staff tell you prices and try their hardest to work with your budget.My cat came in for not eating and diarrhea. We spent some time discussing options and having procedures done, he got a few shots and a pill for his diarrhea. After a few hours he started to perk up. I’m very pleased I’m not in panic mode anymore for the little guy and very happy with how kind all the staff treated Wally. In my experience, cats are treated differently when it comes to going to the vet. But with white oaks I felt their care was fantastic. Lots of cat lovers there!Thanks again to all of the staff, I will be back soon!
