Very useless. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. They string you along and do nothing but waste your time. They don't specify what documents you need until you bring in something only to be told its not good enough. Not to mention that their hours make it impossible to come in and do anything and when you finally can you'll just be told you don't have the right thing. Unless you want to draw the process put as long as possible and jump through a million hoops go literally anywhere else

Super happy. Staff was great and accommodating. My loadbis actually thru the red deer location but due travel we had documents sent here. Thanks to the staff as I am now out of debt. The loan payment here is less than all the bills I just paid off.
