Price for AC installation was very good and provided practical good products while other big companies are offering high prices and very high efficiency AC that are not required in Canada. Technician was very experienced and diligent. I greatly appreciated their service and being honest to customers.

If your looking for a new A/C or Furnace, look no further. This is the place. I got a Lennox A/C and no one could beat the price they were offering. David came over to my place advised me on the correct size. He did not try too over sell or sell me something I did not need. Within two days his team came over to install the AC. They did a very professional clean job. It’s been almost a month and the unit has been working fine with no problems at all. They even registered my product for the extended warranty. Excellent service. Keep up the good work guys.

I cannot say enough good things about Thomas and Amir. It's been a month since installation and my family and I couldn't be happier!I moved in to my 3000 sq/ft beach home 2 years ago and I've had my tankless/heating conk out on me a few times and coincidentally, during the winter, which left me with no heating OR hot water for a few days. What I've noticed is that my tankless/boiler was significantly undersized and had never seen a maintenance appointment in its lifetime so I suffered every winter with breath warm air coming through the vents and a furnace that ran all day and night.I canvassed MANY HVAC companies and the price ranged from affordable to incredibly unbelievably expensive, as one could imagine. While I typically go for the middle choice, Constant Home Comfort was the most affordable but what I got were far more than the others could quote me at. However, it took me literally months to finalize the exact equipment and setup and have to thank Thomas for his saint like patience because he was always so patient, helpful and worked every last detail of my neurotic/OCD installation. I had so many unique challenges that I really needed someone to help me install a sophisticated system in a closet sized space and sure enough, with Thomas and Amir's help we did it!Amir, along with his coworker, installed the latest Navien combi-boiler and I have to say that it not only met but EXCEEDED my expectations! The piping was routed the way that I needed (an OCD's dream!) so that there would not be any challenges to get to my water softener tanks, the water pumps were situated in their own section and my home never suffers from any heat deficiencies whatsoever. As a matter of fact, my house heats up so quickly and uses far less energy that this installation is literally paying for itself!I cannot recommend Constant Home Comfort and definitely express my greatest thanks and appreciation for a very satisfying end to end installation that one would be foolish not to include them into your list of potential contractors. If you do choose them, you too will have the same unyielding satisfaction as I have just experienced for yourself too!THANK YOU again Thomas, Amir and the whole Constant Home Comfort team for your great work, top notch customer service and ensuring I stay warm without any hesitation this coming winter!!!!

We had the sales rep Daniel Tan travelling all the way to Hamilton to give a free estimate and he was quick and on time even though it was hailing heavily. We were happy with the price after comparing 4 different companies and went ahead to have our 15 year old furnace replaced as well as the R60 blown in Insulation done in the attic. The jobs were done quickly and the technicians who replaced our furnace were very friendly and respectful. We haven’t been able to see how much of gas we’ve been saving since the updates but the temperature difference we used to experience between the first and second floors has improved a lot. The second floor used to be 2-3 degrees cooler then the first. Now the difference is very minimum. The price is very reasonable and worth the service so I would totally recommend their service if you are looking for some HVAC updates before the cold/hot weather hits.

I bought a furnace few months from Constant Home Comfort. The installation service was good and my furnace includes 1 year labor. However, their 24/7 is not responsive. No one call back at all. I called their 24/7 service due to my furnace not working at around 6pm. The customer service got my info and said the technician / vendor will call me back to arrange the schedule. I had been waiting for 2 hours but still no one called back. I called their 24/7 service again. Customer service got my info and said their technician will call me back in 4 hours. So I needed to wait for 4 hours for a technician call and that said I have to wait for another few hours for technician comes if I'm lucky enough. Turn out someone called me back next morning around 8:30am.I would say don't rely on their 24/7 service if you have any emergency.

It has been a month since we have the American Standard furnace and ac replacing my old Keeprite machines, it is so much quieter and running smoothly. The technicians have done the fantastic job installing while maintaining a clean environment. I have to thank for the adviser David Huang and he has done so much addressing my concerns and answering my questions in order to make the right choice. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

I have used this company now from last few years and so glad found them by chance. I dealt with Thomas on phone and Each time luckily it was Simon who serviced my water heater, thermostat, furnace. Not only all issues were fixed, their pricing is reasonable - I believe they don’t try to create issues and do only what is needed (I had one more person prior to dealing with then who created something wrong with furnace to invoice higher). Very happy with their service and will highly recommend. I have already recommend them to my colleagues and family.
