They offer ubereats service.** Flavorsome and many varieties of fresh fruity slush and bubble tea. I've already been there twice since the opening. Staff are nice, service a bit slow and welcoming/good taste in interior design! I recommend HOT (yes hot!!!) oolong roasted milk tea, half sugar, jelly grass toping. Excellent chewy tapioca. Ugh it's so good!! I can't get enough of this place.

If you know me you know I have a special place in my heart for bubble tea. And what a city, Montreal, for Bubble tea lovers. So many stores; literally at every corner.Presotea is one of my favorites, I usually take the n30 which is perfect in summer as it is not heavy and very refreshing. In comparison with competitors; their price is the best in my opinion as their drinks usually come in bigger sizes than other stores.I got to try more than 20 flavors and I can say you will find every possible taste you can think of.Now for the service, as I go daily to this place, I had some bad encounters, but 90% of the time it would be perfect with friendly staff. One other downside is that it is usually very crowded and you have to wait for your drink usually around 15 minutes depending on the time and location. Sainte Catherine street is my go to; cote des neige’s newest location is also running smoothly, chinatown’s location is cute too

These bubble teas are the best and the employees are so nice! Love how welcoming they are. Just gotta be careful with order but that’s everywhere :)

The place is clean and staff are accommodating. You can order via the app and pick up too which is convenient. They have seats indoor and outdoor.

The service was fast, but this bubble tea was quite mediocre tasting for 10$ so unfortunately I can not give it a good review.

I've Milky strawberry, a fresh cold drink with ice. I was satisfied with my choice but expect less sweetness

This bubble tea is perfect tapioca is perfect and fruit slushes are sooo good! I think they should make more fruit slushes but besides that this place is perfect

Ordered two watermelon cheese, one of my favourites and I very often order from other Presotea, in CT, DT and south shore. But what I got this time is nothing but ice + cheese. Never ever happened before! There is nearly no watermelon flavour at all but just water. This is not acceptable and I will not order from this presotea any more.I rarely give low rate but I have no choice this time. Losing one customer might not be a problem but this is not the way doing business. I hope the owner can see my review and do not let it happen again. Well good luck.

The space is good and open, several tables to sit. The wait however is pretty long even though I ordered with the app.

Severely lacking organization. 30 minutes to get a bubble tea. Orders are called in completely different order and the sealing machine didn't work. At least it was as good as the other locations flavor wise.
