Mill Creek Animal Hospital

I found this vet office to be clean and professional. The staff were courteous and explained everything and had no issues with electronic billing. I was grateful for the relatively quick appointment and how painless everything was.

Dr. Gerald is just awesome with our 2 puppies, they really like his calm, professional style!The girls are all great and so friendly yet efficient!Kudos to this place!!Been going here for many years and have always had 5 star service. During covid time the clinic did their utmost to keep all safe from them, us, other clients and all pets-no issues!Strongly recommend this site!

On March 16 we had a scheduled vaccination for our cat Happy.We would like to once again thank Dr. Gerald Burant for the excellent work done, he carried out a complete examination in great detail, everything was done perfectly, he is a very kind person and great professional!We have the most positive impressions from our experience in the clinic!We will visit again!

A great experience taking my little dog to Mill Creek Animal Hospital yesterday! Friendly staff and a clean exam room. My pup really took to the vet who was really gentle with her. Very knowledgeable and helpful doctor. Highly recommended

The vet was so friendly, understanding, caring and patient. It was my first time in switching from a different vet and he did more in one visit to investigate what was going on with my dog, than her last visit did in several visits.Although he didn't know what was going on with her initially he explained everything to me thoroughly and made a plan for further testing to fond out what's causing my girls symptoms.I was highly recommended by 2 close family friend and they were right! What a great clinic.

Excellent staff and service. :) The vet always starts our visit with treats and pets to make my dog comfortable, and explains what is going on to me very clearly. I live in another area of the city now and I still drive all the way across town to visit our fav vet, because I feel like he really cares about my dog's health. He also educates me on how to support her health without pressuring me to buy products, instead I get information and options to choose from at my discretion.

Did not get past the receptionists. I walked in to make an appointment and they could not see Banff until the following. First receptionist first impression was bad. I booked an appointment for Monday, June 19th at 11am because the hospital was within walking distance. I arrived promptly and a different receptionist told me there would be a long wait. The place gave us bad vibes so we left. I left Banff’s paperwork there so I had to walk back. Same bad vibe the 3rd time I entered the premises. I don’t know maybe the doctors should give the receptionists a raise so they can afford to put a smile on there face. Just saying they are the first point of contact. We’ve had 10:rescues over the years and lots of veterinary appointments over the years. Never gone into such a gloomy clinic. And Iike I said I really wanted to make it work because the place was in walking distance. Even Banff felt the bad vibes and he refused to walk back with me to get the paperwork. We’ve had him for a 18;months and he has NEVER turned down a walk before.

I have been taking my pets to this clinic for years. Presently Dr. Cartledge is my vet. My current dog Murphie likes the staff there, especially the liver treats they give him, the service is good and I have no complaints. If I lived in England, I would go to Dr. Scott Miller of the bondi vet series, but given this is Edmonton, mill creek animal hospital meets mine and Murphie’s needs.

I have been here twice now with my kitty that I adopted during the pandemic, and have had lovely experiences (annual checkups)! The staff are friendly and fun, and the vets are patient, knowledgable, and give great advice. They are so sweet to my cat and you can tell that they are really passionate about what they do. It's always nice to see Carrots on his tree in the window too! Highly recommend!

Mediocre desk staff and vets so far (3 visits in 2 years and went for a second opinion elsewhere once). Long telephone holds. Really poor service on Saturdays. Last appointment during the week is 5 PM. Guess you have to be rich and not have a day job to come here now for good service. Will be moving to Bonnie Doon where the hours are better. Other reviews suggest this is a better clinic as well.When I booked my last appointment, I requested a nail trim. They took my cat to the back to do some blood work, and I assumed her nails too, but no nails were trimmed. I had to do her nails when I got home.
