Walmart Supercentre

I had an unpleasant encounter in the electronics department with a newly hired employee who was quite impolite and struggled with English proficiency. Unfortunately, she was not very helpful either.

I went to pick up my order and I was sitting in my car waiting for them to bring my groceries for 20 minutes. I received a notification in my phone saying that my order was picked up while I was sitting there waiting. Waited another 10 minutes and called their customer service in which she couldn’t find my order. Then she put me on hold and came back and said the guy is coming out with my order. This is the worst pick up service ever! People use the pick up supposedly for quick service not to have your customer wait more than 30 minutes in their car. A guy that was also picking up with me started going through their cart to get his groceries because they took so long to come out the parking. People have places to go to and things to do hence why we chose the pick up service yet it’s taking more time. Improve your service! Manager should speak to her staff and educate them how pick up service works!

Nice supermarket with tons of choice for food, toys or home products, price are fair here. Watch out their promotion offer you can get good deal sometimes. IF you love mac donalds restaurant you will find one in store. I prefer avoid rush hours to shop there especially if i need to buy just a couple things as it is not worth the waiting time at cashier.

Supermarket chain that does not need much promotion because everyone who goes there knows that they really find everything they need for many things. Depending on the season of the year or type of celebration, there are things to decorate or use for sale. Good prices and a lot of variety.

Rubain assisted me today to help me find a product that was no where to be found. She guided me from the very beginning and brought me to the correct aisle after searching the inventory. 5 Stars Thank you so much, Walmart is fortunate to have such a great customer service representative.

Went to this store to return the product and the process was smooth and the staffs were friendly.

Electronics section gotta be the worst place in this store went in looking around came across the Roku picked it up was asked to pay for it then and there told her I was still looking, followed me throughout the area and then came up to me saying she not allowed to have customer walk with item like that such an insult I just handed it to her told her forget it. How do you have the item out in the open but it becomes a problem if you pick it up in the basket and not even left the electronic area???

Very nice and big space like other Walmart in Mississauga . I observed this store has less collections of international food .Located in nice place and big parking place. Nice to visit family and friends.

Really disapointed in Walmart in general. Went to get flyer sale of Ninja airfryer $100. After hunting down an employee she didnt know if its possible to get a rain check , asked another woman who sent me to CS. They were useless after asking for rain checks. If person one or 2 knew abour rainchecks I wouldnt have waited. And they are sold out online. I guess ill just be spending more of my money at Costco. Thanks for nothing walmart.

great place shop and fantastic customer service. Syed at the self checkout are some of best staff at walmart to help you through everything.
