Connected Canadians

The team at Connected Canadians was exactly what we needed for our project! I was delighted to connect with Emily, Maddy, Jesse and others. They were all incredibly efficient and knowledgeable - in addition to being a pleasure to work with! They produced an entire workshop for us on Online Banking and Shopping including a workbook and slide deck. They even taught us some new things about how to present material on Zoom. There were a lot of added bonuses in working with such a tech-savvy team! They are very multidimensional. I would highly recommend working with this tremendous group of people! Excellent service for those who need it!

I was beyond fortunate to be put in contact with Connected Canadians. I was initially just excited to hear that such an entity exists and that there are altruistic people out there to help others with their technical literacy. I think of how my grandparents would have been blessed to have such an aide five years ago. What an amazing organization.I myself have a minor brain injury from a recent car accident and have been having the most difficult time telling heads from tails in basic things let alone switching from Mac to PCs and Microsoft Word to Google Docs.I was so blessed to have a complete gentleman named Fabio as a tutor for an hour long session. To be perfectly honest, I was a bit anxious initially due to current limitations. My prejudices against my ability to handle to session were immediately squashed by Fabio's kind, helpful fantastic demeanor.From the beginning it was as if a friend was patiently teaching another friend. I didn't feel flustered, rushed nor failed to grasp what I learned. I walked away from the session confident and marveling at how awesome Connected Canadians is. It was truly an enriching experience.It was emphasized that if I had any lingering doubts that I was beyond welcome to contact them whenever needed. Scheduling my appointment was also very easy and they were so accommodating.I'm so grateful and better off for the experience. It's truly assuring to me that Connected Canadians out there aiding those who otherwise may feel left out in the dark.It's easy to see how the Connected Canadians is such a remarkable resource in keeping not just different age groups, but everyone connected.If their model existed all over, I think of just how truly advantageous it would be to humanity.A million thanks to everyone at Connected Canadians.You guys are Rock Stars!
