The EML was a great program! Very insightful well thought out lessons to help turn you into a motivational leader that has the skill set to increase productivity of yourself and your team.

I recently completed the Effective Motivational Leadership program in the Moncton LMI Slight Edge Group. I had a great experience, met new friends and felt we grew through the program together. I felt the program really challenged me. It provided the tools to guide me through building teams through coaching and goal setting while using vision to get everyone moving in the same direction. This is by far the best personal and business coaching company you will ever find! The bad review(1 star review) is obviously a fake review. Anyone who knows Stephen and this company knows that there's no possible way that bad review is legit! They should be very ashamed of themselves for giving this company a bad review. Highly highly recommended!!!!
