I am a beginner and I tried my first guided yoga class with Jennifer. I enjoyed it very much. she is a great teacher, very attentive and knowledgeable. the studio is a lovely space, bright and calming. I highly recommend you try it out!

Absolutely love this studio, the space and energy is very soothing and relaxing. Jenn is a caring person, and love her yoga flows. The best yoga studio in Ottawa, highly recommend checking this place out!
