Andrew at Bob's Floors located in Campbell River was a pleasure to deal with. Not knowing much about flooring, he took the time to educate us and worked out a plan that was within our budget (no hidden fees). Installation process was well executed and we could not be happier with the finished product. There is a reason Bob's Floors has numerous stores on Vancouver Island. Will definitely recommend to anyone we know that is considering flooring options.

Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We cancelled the job due to the owners profanity, abusive language and temper tantrum. Derogatory comments were made about his installers due to scheduling misunderstanding by one day. He did not handle the misunderstanding in a professional manner. Was accusatory to me, then physically threw six boxes from my truck back into the store. I was intimidated, crying, stunned and humiliated.

Just finished a home office makeover with Bob's Floors. First of all, the staff, especially Stan and Andrew, were so helpful. There was a lot to choose from, but with some help, everything I picked looks amazing and I’m very happy with it.

I have done multiple flooring projects this year in my home. LVP in the basement, waterproof laminate on main level, and carpet in some bedrooms. I have to say, Andrew is the man, he loves to deal! Always a great experience at this flooring store
