I got a chance to work with Rimowa. Chad was great to work with, It was an excellent experience. They really stand behind their products. I would buy a Rimowa product again because of my experience. Excellent customer service so far.

These guys ROCK!! I have owned a metal Rimowa for the past 4 years and travel as a corporate pilot several times a week. This case is heavily used. I baulked a bit at the price when I bought it but when stuff breaks or bends (the wheels, handles and locks get a battering from baggage handlers), these guys send me replacements or repair the case and rebalance it without quibble or fuss every time. This is a superior product with an inter-galactic customer service. I would never hesitate to recommend this product to fellow aviation professionals or regular travellers. Don't listen to anybody telling you the repair and customer service is good. I've called over a dozen times for a year. No exaggeration. (even in different countries) Received 1 response but weren't professional enough to leave their name and contact. Most retail stores cant even tell you how to proceed for a repair. Evidence proves this location is useless. The product is overrated. The locks are brittle.
