Bow River Dental Centre

I have been going to Bow River Dental for many years now and most recently many, many extractions as well as brand new dentures for both top and bottom. With the generous help of Dr. Kati and her extensive knowledge of Dental requirements for cases like mine, I have survived with much TLC the extensive procedure involved in this denture process.....my goodness, I could not be happier with the end result! Also,aI big shout-out to my friend and Dental Assistant Manola"...You are Awesome!"

Highly recommend all staff dentists were very welcoming friendly and helpful as we are new patients definitely sticking with this dental office!

Great & very sweet staff at the front and Dr.Rehan is a wonderful dentist. They also helped me to send my claims to the insurance, which was very helpful. Really have great experience for my dental treatment.

I cannot say enough good things about the clinic! , from the receptionist to the dentist assistant the staff here are top notch, my dentist was the first one ive seen in many yrs and she not only went out of her way to keep my costs down, she was compassionate and very patient , her assistant even held my hand to help me overcome my fears. I was terrified when i went in and these people not only put up with what must have appeared to be my aggravated state they saw past through that and understood the pain i was in and absolutely preformed my procedure without pain .

Today i called this place to seek information on coverage from benefits, specifically for braces. The receptionist who answered the call was not very friendly, and seemed like she didn't want to speak to me. When i asked her questions about coverage from my plan she couldn't answer them, which is not the issue that concerns me, but i would've hoped she would be able to reach out to a co worker or someone that would be able to provide this info. She did not put in any effort to even find out the info which was the disappointing part. I advised the receptionist that i had previously sent an email inquiry, she responded that she saw the email but never explained why there was no response. This hasn't been an issue with other dental places i called, and they were able to provide this info.Very disappointing service, i will be advising my family and friends to stay away from this place.

Fees are outrageous and patient confidentiality is not respected. With 2 insurance plans, my husband received a bill in the mail 2 months after his appointment for over $80 that was not covered. On top of that, they didn't even complete his cleaning because 'there wasn't enough time.'' And lastly, with the bill in the mail, we also received information about other patients and their insurance which is completely unprofessional. We will not be returning to this clinic.

Great team. Sonam at front desk helped for insurance and Dr kathy is very talented dentist.

I came as a walk in with an emergency dental situation. I had never even been there before. The front staff went above and beyond to make sure I got care for my teeth. The dentists were fast and very friendly. They were very informative and made me feel comfortable. With affordable pricing and amazing staff I would highly recommend.
