I happened to go here for taking photos today and I was super happy with the way Abby did the job. He is so kind and patient and goes above and beyond to make sure that you get the best result. Unlike other places that take passport photos, he will allow for a few different shots so you can choose the one that you like more at the end. On top of that, he may give you a bouns wallet-sized picture which is a very nice gesture. I was totally satisfied with his service and will definitely go there again.

Excellent service. The passport photos were perfect. The gentleman who took the photo suggested that I make a few adjustments in my appearance so that the photo would be accepted. Listen to his advice. You won't be disappointed!

I needed to urgently print a page and it was very helpful to have this store on queen west as it seems there are no others printing shops around. The customer service was amazing - thank you so much for your help. Also the store looks very nice and they have very eye-catching merchandise I am planning to come back to look at.

I happened upon this place and I'm so glad I went in. In a panic, I was leaving soon for out-of-country and needed a travel chip but didn't know if my phone was locked. (I'm kind of not of the generation that mysteriously figures these things out for themselves). The fellow in the back, the computer section, checked it and inserted a test chip to assure me it was unlocked. SO friendly. And kind. He charged me nothing for his time. With Queen St. so increasingly hot and expensive, to get this service, at this cost, at this unassuming place, made everything all right again.

I got my passport pictures here, very quick and knowledgeable. They known all the visa and passport sizes worldwide . They also do cell phones and prepaid plans like pay as you go . Strongly recommended
