Do not buy from this company. They took over a month to ship my product and the order was missing items. No receipt provided after asking. No credit issued for short shipment. I will be disputing the charges on my credit card. Worst customer service ever. Don't buy from this business.

No customer service they have no respect for their clients. We were told to leave our purse in your car. You can only take your wallet inside. They are very experience and often overcharge you. Complaining to the owner makes no difference. They are just after your money.

Unfortunately I have to give a star to make my comment come through.These people are racist! My daughter, a minor by the way came in with me with a bandana on her head and she was asked if she took it from the store. I was shocked as to how they had the gut to ask a teenage girl such a question. This is a totally disgusting place and RACIST place to do business. I ought to sue them for traumatizing my daughter.

They are not organised and has poor customer services. We ordered online paid and we were told the package is ready to pick up. We traveled a long distance with a very risky weather. However, upon arrival they could not able to locate the box and they treated us with disrespect, then they have decided to prepare the ordered again, finally, the located our package.We are so unsatisfied with their business, and treatment we are received now and previously. Management required to revise and improve the services they are providing

Made an business account and tried to call and get more information and the person who answered the phone didn't speak English well and was very very rude. I decided not to continue my business relationship with this company. I now see why its because they are prejudice.How can you be prejudice against your customers who are making you viable?Without your ethnic customers you wouldn't have a business to begin with.

They treated us with the poorest form of customer service on numerous occasions. Worst experience trying to purchase items from their warehouse, even if they are out of stock they will still require a minimum 150$ Purchase. I spend hundreds and when you are out of stock on certain items you won't let me purchase the rest of my supplies ?? Lost our business and would highly recommend to shop elsewhere.
