Excellent customer service all the way through. I called late in the day and the next day at lunch the technician came to address the wasp nest in the front yard and found 2 more, 3 in total! The largest in the back yard was the size of a football hidden in the evergreens. The technician was very knowledgeable and he returned within a couple of days of the treatment to physically remove the nests. The pricing was very reasonable and they were very easy to work with from booking to service to invoicing. Thank you!

Sarwin was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to answer all of my questions and give advice on cockroach problems. 10/10 recommend having him in your home.

I phoned this company and received excellent customer service from 3 well trained young women on 3 different occasions. They are Zainab, Panashe and Guneet. I am very happy with their knowledge, and communication skills. I found them they have a lot knowledge about their products, various pests and help us how to use their products properly, this company has professionals/technicians to go out to different locations to handle different pests. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has any type of pest issues indoors or outdoors.

The lady who treated our unit stood the mattress upright on the dresser ( my bf stood the mattress up on its side because you know gravity and all) which fell down and broke our 55 inch bedroom TV then basically turned around and lied saying she leaned the mattress against the wall denying responsibility for the damages. Between our property rep not communicating and this so called reputable company we're now out a perfectly fine bedroom TV that was barely a year old. I wouldn't recommend this company before you post my name wasn't found in your data base the property rep is Nest and my boyfriends name is Billy

We called Ecopest for a wasp nest that was under our garden. We called on a Tuesday and we’re told the service would be on the Thursday and that the pest controller would come between 9-5pm. We waited for the entire day and no one came. We called at the end of the day and the dispatcher argued that the controller came. We have cameras in our back yard that prove he didn’t come. When I told her this, she put me on hold and they said there was an error in the booking system but that he would come the next day first thing in the morning. The pest controller came the next day and did a treatment. One week later, the wasps were back in the same spot. I called Ecopest again and they said they would come to treat it again…..no extra cost. They gave us a date after the weekend between 9-5pm. We waited all day at home and the pest controller showed up after 6:00pm. The wasps disappeared but what “appeared” on our credit card, was a charge for 2 Wasp treatments. One was for $129 and the other was for $150. When we called to ask what happened, they said we received two treatments for different areas of the yard. This was false, of course. She argued with me and made every attempt to prove that I was wrong. Unfortunately, I had video of everything that proved I was right. She eventually figured everything out and refunded the lesser of the two amounts (even when I was told I would only be paying the lower of the two amounts). This company is completely inept. They are unprofessional in dealing with customers and have a customer service agents who (I’m pretty sure) are trained to argue with you. We will never be using this company again.

I recommend using a business that doesn’t ask you to leave a review prior to the services just so they can give you a 10% discount. People use and trust google reviews so they can choose the best business for their needs. This is how you ruin it!

Great customer service provided through both phone and email contact. Had a problem with birds nesting in house vents and after providing some photos and a detailed explanation, a technician was able to provide a quote and what steps would need to be done to fix the issue. The quote was reasonable compared to other pest control companies and a service scheduled within 48 hours.The technician arrived on time and did a great job removing the birds, cleaning out the vents, and putting in barriers to prevent reentry. Very happy with the service.

Just called for information on ant control and was told to go to their website. Great example on how to alienate a potential new customer.

We live on an acreage and have several varieties of trees that require occasional spraying to keep insects from killing or damaging them. Our birch requires an annual spring spraying to keep birch leaf miner at bay. If it wasn't for Ecopest, it would have died years ago. Now it's thriving. Danny, their Calgary technician, is super pleasant and professional. He happily forwarded photos of trees on our property to the head office to identify an existing problem and determine if Ecopest could be of further assistance. We are thrilled with the service at Ecopest and would highly recommend them.

We have used them a couple times for pest control. Trying to manage ants on the lawn. Both times successful. You just need patients for their formula to work.This most recent time they came back at no extra charge to spray some extra on ant hills that didn't go away.
