100% would recommend! Love the set up, it’s actually attached to the owners home. The lady is a very caring animal lover so I never doubted the care my kitties would receive. Everything is clean, doesn’t smell bad, reasonable rates, definitely checked all my boxes.

100% recommend Willow Hill Cat Hotel. My dear cats salt and pepper spent a few vacation stays at this hotel. Tiana is amazing and will even sent you photos while you’re away. Happy hour were probably their favourite time. Thank you Tiana and your family for all the love for Salt and Pepper.

Tiana is amazing. She truly cares deeply about cats and it shows how she cares for her guests. We have always worried about leaving our cat when we travel but not anymore. Willow Hill is a special place!

Tiana is a delight. My regular kennel was not going available for an upcoming and longer trip where I was going to need boarding for my two 6 month old kittens. I came across Willow Hill Cat Hotel who did have space for my cats for the time I needed. I was having this weekend to go out of town for 3 days, so I decided that I would put my kittens into boarding here to see how things were and went.When I first phoned Tiana, I had to leave a message. She returned my call promptly and answered all my questions in a professional manner. She gave me a feeling of confidence by her demeanour and just the way she talked about her business and her love of animals came across whenever I spoke to her.She takes pride in the Willow Hill Cat Hotel. That is apparent in the cleanliness and set up of the facility.She responded quickly to text I sent while away and even sent photos of my kittens when I requested one.When I picked my kittens up, it was obvious that they had not been traumatized by their first boarding experience. They were relaxed and chill.Tiana obviously gave them lots of cuddles and love. I have no hesitation taking them back again in a few weeks. I know that they will be looked after and loved.Thank you Tiana, from myself, Mikey and Rafa. See you soon.
