Fountain Tire
Had a great experience years ago and thought I would be a customer for life. But now, if you care about how your wheels look or attention to detail I wouldn't recommend this place. Took spotless new rims to them and got them back plastered in their tire sealant, and crooked wheel weights which are obvious from the front. Also on pick up one of the tires was flat. Tech immediately told me one of my near new tire pressure sensors was broken. I was doubtful so I took it back from them and took it to a third party to have it tested, it was totally fine, and they could tell it had been mounted wrong. Brought these points up with the assistant manager and he didn't do anything to make up for the sloppy workmanship or wrongly mounting the sensor and telling me it was broken. Won't be back.

Pat is awesome! We needed help for a customer, he could not squeeze us in on short notice but he gave me the phone#'s of their other branches with mobile tire repair. And he was right, Brandon helped us out. Thanks Pat! Excellent service! I could only give you 5 stars, you earned more than that.

I've dealt with this location for a few years now. The team is friendly and the office dogs are adorable. My interactions have mostly been with Pat and he was more than pleasant to deal with. I've found this centre to be genuine, respectful and fairly priced. In the last month I've had winter changeovers, rubbers changed on rims, rubbers added to new rims with new sensors and then, of course, a gorgeous flat tire to be repaired. The familiarity of the faces and consistent, timely services cemented my appreciation for them.

Takes all day to get the work done. They tell you the time it will be done and then make you wait another hour when you show up. Update - I gave the manager the opportunity to call and discuss, its been 3 days and no response.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean, welcoming, comfortable waiting area for customers. Reasonable rates. All work is fully explained, with no surprises. Vehicle always spotless inside and out after work is done.

I went to the Fountain in Tire in Nisku on the Spine road. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to get me the forklift tire that I need it.That was only because it would not be the same tire brand, but they sure made a good effort and they gave me some direction to where I could go to find the tire that I needed it was specifically for.that machine. I was amazed at all of the different tires and products and services that they had offered good job.

I had a great experience getting new tires installed on my RV. Travis and Matt were very helpful from the very beginning. Toyo M920A Tires (245/70 19.5) were recommended and I am very happy with them. I have been dealing with Fountain Tire at another location for many years and they recommended I contact this location as they are set up to handle RV’s and Semi’s.Glad I made this choice!

Did not liked what they did,quoted for MAF sensor very expensive almost four times the price . and they charged for shipping in just half hour told me part was already shipped from US when I went for refund.people educate yourself these guys rip you off. Will never go back to these guys.
