Kayla helped me in the service center and I was so pleased with her outstanding service and great attitude. I came in for routine maintenance and got a screw in my tire on the way and started to get a flat. They fixed it no problem and the service was fast. Even washed my car too! Thanks for the great experience.

Very happy with the service we received at Courtenay Mazda when we purchased a new CX-90. Austin, Mike and Chad were very friendly and knowledgeable, absolutely no pressure to buy from them but they were always willing and available to answer questions or let us go for test drives.

We had a very good experience purchasing a used vehicle from here half a year ago and would recommend checking this place out for your future vehicle needs. 3 things that makes this dealership stands out compare to the rest in the area:1. Inventory - they simply had more choices and available inventory. Not sure why the other dealerships in the area had so little, but this place had the most extensive choices.2. Sales rep Austin: he understood what we were looking for, pulled the options, and not nearly as pushy as some of the other reps we’ve dealt with3. Follow up service: we had gotten a VIP package, the service department proactively scheduled us in for maintenance and the service is great

It was an amazing experience dealing with Mazda Dealers in courtenay. Austin Pridge (Sales Representative ) who was my prime interaction in the whole process . He guided and made me acquainted throughly for the car i was craving for. Also he waited in parking lot at Ferry terminal to pick me up which is really commendable. I felt truly valued as a customer. Our sales person was Christian Odo. It was a pleasure to have him as our sales person. Keeping in mind when we bought our 2014 Santa Fe, he had been working as a car sales person with Courtenay Mazda for about 8 months. Still pretty green. So he didn't have all the answers to some of our questions on the spot but he did get us the answers. He didn't give us the usual sales pitch that we have come to know from purchasing cars in the past. In some ways that's the reason I don't usually like buying from a dealership. I understand it is their job to sell, but most of us don't want to feel pressured and with Christian we (felt like we bought the car and weren't sold the car). He also left us alone to have a good once over on the car without someone hovering over us trying to sell the vehicle. I very much appreciated that. If it's the first time you are checking out a car, then it's understandable that the sales person will be there the whole time to answer any questions you might have, but we have been checking these cars out for a while and didn't need someone standing there while we looked it over. He came back after a bit and filled us in on anything we wanted to know. When and If I buy another car, I would defenetly go back and ask for Christain. Thanks for a job well done.

I'm not a customer as I unfortunately did not purchase or lease through these guys, but Nick has got to be one of the most dedicated and patient salesperson I have ever dealt with. Extreme attention to detail when it came to weird requests that were ever changing.I wish I could have given him the sale. He deserved it.
