Outstanding experience!If the Seller is willing to put in the time to write the MLS listing, with Roger’s assistance, and do the scheduling for the showings with Buyer Agents, it’s WELL worth the time and effort. Roger was extremely responsive to all our questions, via text, email and phone. He gave us great insight on what to focus on in the listing. We did hire a professional photographer for $150 because of the clarity and her knowledge of how to capture the best features of ea room. The Lowe’s sign post is also very professional.In 2 days we had 36 showings and after 4 days Roger had received 16 offers. He then presented those offers to us and helped us review the many contingencies and options so we could make the best decision for our needs.
