Reinhard and his crew member did a very good slabjacking job. He was very patient and put up with my excessive requests for information. The first floor slab sank by upto 4 in some areas. visited the site 4 times at my request prior to doing the job. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns even after the job was completed.Rhiannon

We highly recommend this company. We are a small 4-unit self managed strata. Our sidewalks are 35 years old and in certain areas had settled or been raised by roots. We contacted three companies for estimates. Level Best was the most user friendly to deal with and for our small job was the best value. All the company personnel were responsive to our concerns. Rhiannon was our first contact at reception and she handled all the scheduling and administrative details. She ensured our time requirements were met even though there were weather challenges due to the time of year. Reinhard who conducted the site visit and quoted the project understood our concerns and offered solutions that left us confident that Level Best would ensure that tripping hazards would be eliminated by their technicians. The technicians Dave & Jhonnel were careful with our landscaping and took the time to ensure that the work was completed to our satisfaction. Level Best met our needs at a fair price and the process from start to finish was low stress. The hand written follow-up thank you note from Reinhard was a personal touch that left us with the impression that they appreciated our business and that even though we were a small job we were valued customers.

Just a great experience working with this company. Both Rhiannon and Reinhard are lovely people to deal with . . . the right combination of friendly and extremely efficient. The work was carried out in a timely manner and the results are truly incredible! When I contacted other companies they would not guarantee that my front steps could be lifted but expected me to pay anyway ???? My initial quote was complete including pictures of the areas to be treated and everything was explained very clearly. I have already passed their name along to two of my neighbours with similar problems with no hesitation on my part. Yeah, you’re right . . . I’m a fan!

Our first contact was with Rhiannon, her customer service skill is excellent, she worked hard to get a time for a quote, knowing that we only had made an offer on the house (which fell thru) Dave came on time to inspect and make the quote, he was on the ball and seems to really know his stuff. Unfortunately the deal fell thru, I was looking forward to working with Level Best, they sure did their level best to please. Thank you so much!

Thanks Dave and J for lifting the sidewalk, repair the cracks, and filling the voids around our house. They did a fantastic job, was very personable and professional.They were quick with my request of returning to fill more voids that I noticed. Rhiannon was efficient and helpful with booking when I asked. They did what we expected. I would highly recommend this company!

Let me first start off by saying everyone was super friendly. And everything was completed in a timely manner. That being said the end product is absolutely horrible. All of the spot the were lifted are all now cracked. And does not look good at all. And a few of the spots they were not able to get up to where they needed to be. Reinhard came by himself to take a look and blamed my concrete being poor quality. I do not believe this too be the case, but if so they should have stopped early on and have given me the option to stop the work. Now the only way to fix it properly is to chip it all out and pour new slabs. So pretty much all the money I paid went down the drain. No mention or warning of the cracking was made prior to the being done. I was given a very small discount after I complained. But not nearly enough to even cover the cost of the crack repairs. As well the fine print cost of the saw cuts were added afterwards. Overall very disappointed in the end product. Even if everyone was super friendy. And just so you all know I'm not full of it think I don't know what I'm taking about. I have 2 tickets under my belt, red seals one for framing and also spent 3 years as a brick layers apprentice. Great experience from day 1, even though I procrastinated 3 months before deciding to do the project, they still honoured their contract estimate. My work schedule resulted in several date changes. They were most accommodating in trying to get the work done. The 2 technicians doing the work were efficient and skilled. I had driveway slabs, a garage floor and a lengthy sidewalk that needed to be levelled. As we moved from area to area they made sure I was satisfied before moving on to the next section. When all was said and done, I am very satisfied with the outcome and the service. The price was fair, especially when compared to a competitor using a similar product, who's estimate came in many thousands of dollars more.Bottom line, I would use Level Best again in a heartbeat, and would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to lift their sunk driveway or slabs. Excellent company and very professional and reliable people. They charge less than any other companies but do the same quality job as others. After the work was done on the first visit, I asked them if can come back to do some minor adjustment, they confirmed without any hesitation and came back a couple of days later and fixed the issue quickly.

Advice provided was valuable and informative throughout the whole experience.Understandably, they were booked 6-8 weeks out when I first inquired, but they made it work and found a way to schedule and align with our renovation timeline.
