Good Doctors Peterborough

I booked an appointment online - 5:30 on Thursday. No call received. Send a query through email, looking for an explanation. Got a call from an administrator the next morning, who took a lot of info and set a new appt for 12:30. She asked for photos of current pill bottles, but never sent the address where they should be submitted. No call received. Now, I've gone without meds for 2 days and am feeling the consequences. I guess they don't care. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about this clinic. Karen and Alice have been wonderful to me through all of my medical issues and I can't say enough about Dr. Zhang. He has been like a family doctor to me as I don't have a family doctor. I just can't thank him and his team enough for getting to the bottom of my issues. Thank you so much for your caring and compassion.

I had a wonderful experience. I made an on-line apt for a sinus condition and went in to confirm the time and the nurse was able to take me right away! Just good timing I guess, but I did indeed have an apt as the email confirmed. You get a call from a number that says it may be spam, but it’s not. It’s just an outsource service that does the initial assessment but it’s legitimate. The nurse was absolutely wonderful, and the doctor contact (virtual) was efficient and friendly. My prescription was filled promptly too. I’m very happy!

Visited the Peterborough Location. Got an appointment in a timely manner. Telephone rep/nurse, clinic nurse and doctor were wonderful.

Last August I came down with shingles and I didn't have an appointment with the clinic. The nurse that was there was amazing. She asked me my symptoms and I told her I was diabetic and thought I had shingles. She took me in right away and was so sympathetic and helpful. The dr saw me via zoom and identified the shingles and put me on the medication to help with it. Thank you so much for your speedy assistance and for taking care of me!

Wait two weeks for a Skype call in a broom closet in the back of a pharmacy. There is no doctor present. Do not waste your time for anything more than a flu shot. The Skype call lasted less than 3 minutes and I wasn’t given any options for prescribing medication for my injury.

Needed a quick appointment for a throat infection. Had called many clinics with no luck. Only issue was I tried to book on line and it said booked, but emailed and she squeezed me in. Karen (nurse) was professional and caring. In and out in 15 min with a much need prescription.

Dont waste your time with them. By the time they will call, you will be cured by yourself.- Doctor don't call on time.- leaving everything on nurses who can't help. What is the point of telling everything to nurse when Doctor's wont read.These guys are wasting money.Update:I noticed many views on my comment so I wanted to update my experience overall after treatment.The nurse was awesome in making sure my concerns reached the doctor. I have no complaint about nurse and doctor’s performance. They are doing the best the can.The pharmacy on the other hand charged me fee 10 dollars for each prescription. So for three prescription i paid more than 30 on fees. Costco is cheaper. And don’t understand why he couldn’t just charge one time.

My partner was having some personal issues, he has no doctor. He's been extremely anxious about seeing anyone about it... We booked online for an appointment and he went in that day. It was a breeze for him to get seen/assisted and the doctor was very sympathetic. He helped him and he got a prescription that has been working great for him! Thank you all so much :)Edit: Just looked at others reviews, not a single good one lately, I'm genuinely surprised. Without their help my partner and I would be struggling in our relationship greatly! I hope everyone finds help - to others considering this place, give it a try. We had a great experience.

Can't phone to book, directs to website.Website doesn't work, says nothing available.Email to book an appointment, they magically find a slot by the time you confirm your appointment it is no longer available after waiting to hear back for 12hours.
