My wife and I frequent this location quite often as she does instacart and for the most part things are decent. But on this day(Feb 15, 2023), we entered the location at 10:56am and went directly to the kiosk to order our food. Breakfast was still available and that is what we ordered. Our order was completed on the kiosk at 10:59am. I went to use the washroom and while I was gone, the counter staff(Heather)started to loudly complain about the late" breakfast order and made the accusation that the customer must have ordered from their phone and waited right until 10:59am to place the order. Upon hearing this my wife walked up to the counter and told Heather that if it was such a big deal then give us a refund and we'll be on our way. The refund was refused and my wife was very rudely told by Heather that it was fine we will just make the food. As a former McDonald's employee and manager(10 years)I find this extremely appalling and completely unacceptable customer service!!"

The staff looked defeated. Feels weird giving this place four stars given the staff all seemed sad but I'm afraid a lower score will only cause corporate squeeze them even harder.The food tastes great if you like McDonalds and the service was very fast.

A poor example of a McDonald’s. This location took upwards of ten minutes to prepare my order. It was morning, and a breakfast order plus a coffee.The team members appeared to not have much aside from coffee set up, despite it being an hour passed opening.I would not order from here again.

3 people working and only one actually doing something, the manager sat on his ass as an elderly gentleman spilled his drink. He asked the staff for a rag or mop to clean it up and the kid at the till just tossed him one. The mess is still yet to be cleaned and it's been half an hour and theres 4 people in here. Food was garbage and the McDonalds was gross, fruit flies by the drink machine, real classy. Don't eat here. *update* we did some shopping in Walmart and upon leaving 45 mins after shopping, the mess was still there and the manager was leaning and scrolling through his phone

Terrible dining experience. Waited 15 minutes for pancakes and a sausage and egg because they had decided not to open the breakfast yet.Sucks if there's only three McDonald's in town. One of the Walmart is no good

McDonald's is McDonald's so.... I used the app to order while paying for our stuff and then had to wait a short time to get the burgers as it was busy, no biggie The burgers were extremely fresh and tasted really good today. Staff was busy, fast and courteous.

Worst experience ever will never eat in again . Place was a mess we waited 20 min and still never had a clean table sad sad experience.
