Their slogan ‘Nobody’ is a FACT! Evan, Chrissy (GM) and Anthony (Sales rep) presented me with a deal I couldn’t refuse on a new bedroom set! As I had bought 6 appliances from their Kennedy location 22years ago, I went to them again at their Whitby location for new bedroom set and they didn’t disappoint! Would definitely recommend them as they listen to their customers and work with you to get you what you want at the best price!Latest update: took 12weeks to deliver! Changed my previous rating of 5stars to 3.

We had an amazing experience with Toshak. My father in law came in with us looking for a leather chair and found exactly what he wanted with Toshak’s help. He was very helpful and informative with any questions that we had. Everyone was very welcoming as well. Highly recommend!

Awful disgusting behavior by staff. Obviously do to my race as I was the only customer told to leave instead of being assisted in any way. The manager on call did nothing when informed of the situation. Worst customer service experience by both floor support and manager on duty. Was told to leave the store 30 min's into looking for a suitable mattress for my back. Instead of being helpful and guiding me towards what I'm looking for so I can leave sooner the sales man said You're not going to but anything leave the store". You've lost a LIFELONG customer and should educate your insensitive incompetent staff. Off to Leon's"

They may be right about Nooobody Beats Bad Boys. The deal I got on a new TV and sound bar at their no tax event was almost too good to be true. The staff was helpful knowledgeable and accommodating. They are even holding on to my purchase for over a month so the movers can pick it up this huge TV on their way to our new home and the warranties won’t start early. Could not be more satisfied with the deal and service from this Bad Boys location.

I must say I had a very warm welcome and nice customer service experience at this location.Sales Associate Davidson took his time to listen and to hear me out on my request.Also, a very good customer service communication from his manager Joseph.Will recommend anyone to visit this location.Also they're honest and kind also funny.

The most horrible experience ever! From the looks of these reviews, they don't even really care as all of the 'responses' are generic, automatic responses for every complaint on here. I have spent almost $10,000 on a couch set, fridge, and washer/dryer set. I ordered these items on August 9th, and am still waiting on my couch set and washer/dryer. I have not been contacted by them at all to keep me updated on the status. I have had to call them for updates, as the dates I am given come and go, with no items. Again, they don't call to let me know they are delayed for the millionth time. I also purchased a protection plan on the fridge, washer and dryer. By the time I actually receive the items, I'm sure the 5 year extended warranty will be expired (mildly joking, but looking more realistic as the time passes). I will never, ever buy any items from this company again. I can appreciate delays, but I appreciate communication also, and good customer service....both of which this company lacks. The last time I called them, I asked about a refund, to which I was told all sales were final. Asked to speak to a manager, and of course, manager is 'not in'. I asked when he would be in, so I could call and speak to him/her. Dude actually told me I would have to physically come in to speak about the issue?!?! I guess the phone is difficult for the manager to operate? Terrible, terrible, terrible. Save yourself time, energy, and sanity. Shop somewhere else!!If I could give negative stars, I would have. 1 star is being extremely generous!!
