Mr. Lube + Tires

Had an amazing experience- went to get seasonal tire change and was fast and efficient. Let me know that it was almost done and asked if I needed water or coffee. Was approx 35 mins and when I had called around nearest apt date was pushing June 2023- highly recommend!

I am beyond impressed with this locations service. Bella is wonderful to interact with, she was exceptionally friendly and was also very delightful to speak to. I called in early this morning with a flat tire issue and Bella quickly helped me and got me in and throughout the process of fixing my tire she was telling me all the steps. Highly recommend this location and always ask for Bella! She is AMAZING!

While I usually don't agree with their prices, the service is fast and efficient and the knowledge is there. A highly skilled team that isn't there to push you out the door as quickly as possible. They'll take their time discussion options with you when doing tire changeovers and oil changes. Worth a visit!

Had some unexpected issues at the Mr Lube location in Cambridge, and was relocated to this location to have everything resolved. Bella was extremely professional, helpful, and diligent. Everything was finished in a timely manner, and everyone was very respectful. Highly recommended location! (Bella is incredibly gorgeous, by the way)

The Team at Mr Lube was very helpful and provided the service i needed quickly. My front tire picked up a large bolt in my front tire on 401 at 530pm on a Friday night. No other tire places were even open and Mr Lube was open until 8pm! Changed the now soft tire and remounted my under van spare tire to get me home that night! They earned my future business & trust that night. So grateful not to have to change the tire on the side road on a cold snowy night.

Been coming to this location for years now it’s the best in town. They always treat me with respect and give me fair prices. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to get their car fixed!

Firstly I'm referring to the Homer Watson location in Kitchener. I've been a customer since it opened and I have three vehicles that I have oil changes and tire swaps done yearly. Never a problem and always friendly service. On April 11/23 however I had an oil change and tire swap done. After I left I noticed that the winter tires were not in the back of my truck. I returned to get them the same time the tech called me to return. Moving forward to 15 April a random stranger pointed out that three wheel nuts were missing on the tires on one side of my truck. After further inspection I noticed most lug nuts were loose.I returned to Mr.Lube for them to rectify the situation at which time I spoke the Manager? or so she claimed and her assessment was that there must be faulty studs or lug nuts. Sure lets redirect this to a 2020 ford pick up manufactures defect because it couldn't possibly be a tech error. Lets say the lugs nuts and studs were worn, why wasn't it brought to my attention?After suffering through her excuses why they are not at fault, I said this would be quite a different conversation if the tires had separated from the truck on the 401. I suggested that two free oil changes would satisfy this situation. the answer was no and she didn't care if I came back or not. Awesome customer service! Good Job!
